Important information:

Please note that on the day of arrival before the check-in time and on the day of departure after the check-out time the Spa area can be accessed at an additional cost. Please note that the property does not accept third party vouchers.

Please note that the hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. Most restaurants, bars and the lobby are now complete, but there are ongoing works in the spa and some rooms.

Please note that the outdoor adventure pool will be closed from 17th October 2022 to 31th March 2023.

We would like to inform you, that due to mandatory maintenance works required by the authorities the great adventure pool is between the 4th and 7th of December out of order. The other (small) adventure pool is between the 29th of November and 1st of December out of order. The swimming pool is between the 11th and 14th of December out of order.
Of course, the other pools and the Sauna World are in service.

Vielfältige Spielebereiche für Kinder
Vielfältige Becken mit angenehmen Wassertemperaturen

Cons:

Kommunikation/Kundenorientierung: Da auf unsere Anfrage bei der Buchung zunächst monatelang gar nicht reagiert wurde und kurz vor der Reise (nach Ablauf der kostenfreien Stornierung) leider nicht lösungsorientiert reagiert wurde (sogar mit einer nachträglichen Kostenerhöhung), werden wir nicht mehr kommen. Wir waren diesbezüglich ohnehin im direkten Kontakt/Austausch und finden es sehr schade, dass es keine kundenorientierte Lösung gab. 

Besteck und Gläser waren  leider sehr oft nicht sauber (z.B. Lippenstiftreste am Glas, Essensreste auf Gabeln/Tellern) bzw. teilweise waren die Schüsseln noch ganz nass

technische Mängel (Badezimmertüre konnte z.B. nicht geschlossen werden)

Pros:

V hotelu jsme byli maximálně spokojeni. Všechno bylo super, hlavně sauna a bazény. Velké parkoviště zdarma přímo před hotelem je velké plus. Jídlo bylo výborné, jak snídaně, tak večeře.Během našeho pobytu byly bazény čisté a bylo vidět, že se o ně pravidelně starají – každý den byl jeden bazén čištěn, měnily se filtry a dezinfikovaly se i stěny bazénů.

Cons:

Menší výtku bychom měli k úklidu kolem bazénů a saun, ten by mohl být lepší. Jinak ale vše působilo udržovaně. Velmi oceňujeme i praktickou zdimáčku na mokré plavky, která je super nápad.

Polecam .bardzo miło spędzony czas

Największe wrażenie zrobił na Nas kompleks SPA z basenami termalnymi.Bardzo ciekawe ceremonie w saunach.

Cons:

Szkoda , że w strefie saun tylko jedna jest beztekstylna i nie sa przestrzegane zasady poprawnego saunowania
