Freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber, etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, der Empfang sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer riesig, allerdings eher im 80er Style.
Wellness-Bereich klein, aber ganz nett gemacht.

Cons:

Sehr gefehlt hat uns die Möglichkeit, einen Tee oder Kaffee im Zimmer vorzubereiten.
Essen für Vegetarier eher eingeschränkt, dafür insgesamt recht teuer.

Wandern und Spa mit Mutter
Pros:

Sie ist sehr schön, gepflegt und geräumig.
Der Sauna Bereich ist außergewöhnlich groß und die Aussicht auf die Berge, traumhaft!
Das Personal ist super freundlich und kompetent, habe mitbekommen am überaus üppigen Frühstücksbuffet, wie ein Gast kulanter Weise vom Personal zum Bahnhof gebracht wurde. Im Sauna Bereich gibt es alles Mögliche gegen den Durst ganz kostenfrei, auch Obst.
Der Service ist insgesamt ausgezeichnet! Kann ich 💯 % empfehlen! Der Preis ist lächerlich gering für derart Unterkunft mit Frühstück. Das Zimmer hatte sogar einen Balkon! Unglaublich fantastisch als Raucher. Tolles Badezimmer, geräumige Zimmer. Ich bereise viele Hotels in ganz Deutschland von Berufswegen, schlafe 1/2 Jahr auswärts. Demnach habe ich eine gute Vergleichsgrundlage.

Tussenstop van Italië naar NL
Pros:

Ruime kamer, gunstige ligging voor tussenstop op weg terug van Italië naar NL.
Avondeten goed en ontbijtbuffet prima. Hebben zwembad en wellness niet kunnen gebruiken door late aankomst.

Cons:

Onze zolderkamer had een zeer lage balk met dakrand (schouderhoogte man) met daaronder de kiepramen. waardoor het openen zonder hoofd te stoten vrijwel onmogelijk was. Ramen waren bovendien niet voorzien van insektenhor.
Bed kwaliteit was prima maar onderste deel van de zijkant van de bekleding was versleten en oogde niet fris.
Regendouche op deze kamer behoeft onderhoud, groot deel van stralen gaat ver opzij en naar voren waardoor vloer voor de wastafel nat werd. Handdoeken leken te vaak gewassen en aan vervanging toe.

Gutes Hotel mit viel Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Sauna- und Schwimmbadlandschaft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Längere Öffnungszeiten über 18Uhr hinausgehend wären klasse. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber

Cons:

Das Zimmer war definitiv kein 4-Sternezimmer. Es fehlte ein Wasserkocher und die Möglichkeit sich einen Kaffee zu kochen. Die Matratzen müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden Diese waren komplett durchgelegen.

Tolles Hotel und Gute Lage
Pros:

Idealerweise Lage zum Wandern, schönes Frühstücksbuffet, schöner Wellnessbereich und super Abendessen.
Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine Suite erhalten und wenn man keine Zimmerreinigung möchte, erhält man abends einen Aperitif

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmereinrichtung etwas altmodisch mit Teppichboden
