Lage, Ausstattung, Frühstück alles gut. Leider die Temperatur im Zimmer nicht
Pros:

Die Lage des Gästehauses. Dass wir schon morgens unser Auto schon auf den Parkplatz stellen konnten.
Das Zimmer, von der Ausstattung her.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Es wurde auch fortlaufend frisch aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Als wir nach dem Check-in (etwa 20.45 Uhr) in unser Zimmer kamen, war die Zimmertemperatur 13,6 Grad. Wir waren 17./18.1.26 da. Die Temperaturen im Freien waren schon frostig.
Wir haben uns bei der Rezeption gemeldet. Es hieß, im Zimmer wäre Fußbodenheizung. Wir sollten sie hochdrehen. Aber das würde dauern bis es im Zimmer warm wird. Nacht, um 2.00 Uhr hatte es dann gerade mal 15,5 Grad. Wollten eigentlich nicht mit Pullover und Socken schlafen.
Die abendliche und morgendliche Dusche musste ausfallen.
Wir haben es auch morgens beim frühstücken der Mitarbeiterin nochmals gesagt. Mit der Bitte, es an den Chef weiterzugeben und er sich doch bitte mal melden soll. Leider bis heute nicht geschehen. Aber der volle Preis wurde für das Eiszimmer abgebucht 😔

Cons:

Wir hatten unser Ladekabel vergessen. Obwohl wir es rechtzeitig bemerkt haben und auch abends und am nächsten Morgen nochmal hingefahren sind, wollte uns keiner vor Ort helfen. Das Ende war, dass wir nach etlichen schriftlichen Reklamationen und Pauschal Portokosten von 5 € endlich nach 4 Wochen unser Kabel zurückbekommen haben. Fand ich ehrlich gesagt unmöglich und wir werden das Gästehaus nicht mehr buchen, obwohl es uns gefallen hat.

Pros:

Super Lage zu Fuß zum Europapark

Cons:

Check-in war frühestens ab 17 Uhr möglich; zu diesem Zeitpunkt war dazu jedoch niemand vor Ort, der Empfang war dunkel und die ausgehängten Notfallnummern waren nicht erreichbar. Nach längerer Wartezeit hat uns schließlich eine Reinigungskraft ins Gebäude und die Zimmer gelassen. Von den zwei gebuchten Zimmern war eines in einem deutlich heruntergekommenen Zustand und halb im Untergeschoss.

Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, Fernbedienung für die Fenster Rouladen und Touch-Screen Fernseher. Gutes W-LAN und ausreichend Steckdosen.

Cons:

Wir wussten morgens nicht, wie wir aus dem Hotel Auschecken, erst als ich zur Rezeption gegangen bin, habe ich das Schild gelesen, dass wir einfach nur die Zimmerschlüssel da reinlegen müssen und das wars.
