O Café da manhã, a equipe e a disponibilidade para resolver as coisas, são incríveis.
Tive um problema com o ar condicionado do quarto, e rapidamente foi resolvido pela equipe, nos trocando de quarto.

Cons:

Já estive várias e várias vezes no Valerim, e as acomodações estão decaindo de nível ano após ano.
As camas já não são mais tão boas, a manutenção dos quartos e banheiros, já não são mais tão bem feitas.
