La ubicación es céntrica, en el casco histórico de Florianopolis. El estacionamiento se paga aparte pero es cómodo ya que se ingresa por escalera desde el hotel.

Very good value for money, nice place.
Pros:

A smart place, my room was nice and spacious with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was sufficiently spacious with a good shower. Excellent breakfast, a large selection. Friendly staff, though I had to use Spanish as no English was spoken. Good location, a 5-minute walk to the bus station. Not pricey, very good value for money.

Apenas para pernoite, quando não se tiver outra opção melhor.

Na verdade, a experiência não foi boa. Nada a destacar, infelizmente.

Cons:

Equipe da recepção/check-in sem empatia com cliente. Não atenderam nossa necessidade de uma cama de casal, mesmo diante da solicitação de mudança de configuração do quarto, que tinha disponível no Booking. Não pretendemos retornar mais nem indicar a hospedagem.
