Worth the stay value for money.
Pros:

The location was fantastic the facilities were excellent and very well manicured. The place was clean and inviting. Everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Freshen up paint in the unit where there are large wear marks across the wall.

Clean and in walking distance of Broadbeach strip. Lovely gardens and balcony outlook.

Only issue was the oppressive heat and lack of exhaust fan in bathroom. Had to have windows open . Bedrooms get hot
