Great location, close to everything. Everything is laid out well in the apartment

Not enough blankets on the beds for winter even with the one in the cupboard. I was so cold . It was also quite stuffy and had quite a strong smell from old food previous guests

Pros:

Рядом пляж, магазины и остановки в шаговой доступности. Просторная квартира, удобно что 2 туалета. Хорошая и чистая территория. Хороший бассейн и теплое джакузи. Балкон, где мы пили чай на свежем воздухе.

Cons:

В спальне было прохладно, потому что на всю квартиру 1 кондиционер, который находится в гостинной. Нам предоставили дополнительные одеяла.

Well apointed apartment in a very good location.
Pros:

Very good location. The kitchen was very well equipped which made life easy. The two bathrooms were a real bonus.

The checkout instructions were a bit draconian.

A very relaxing place to say. Just what we needed to accommodate our needs for our family holiday.
Pros:

We loved the whole property. The rooms, the pool area, the gardens. Graham and Kirsty were really helpful and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us.

Cons:

Not a complaint but a suggestion. There could be more storage ie drawers in the bedroom and more coat hangers.

Absolutely loved it. Thanks so much we hope to stay again.
Pros:

Managers were lovely. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and it was close to everything. Also the kids loved the pool which was heated very clean and a beautiful pool. Clean bbq area which we used almost daily. Gardens were immaculate.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful
Unfortunately due to illness my husband and I were unable to travel. The staff were wonderful allowing my daughter and granddaughter to stay in our place so I didn’t lose the money. I’m so grateful. Thank you 🤩

Pros:

Location was great, 5min walk to trams, 3mins to restaurants and supermarket.

Cons:

It was quite dated. Wifi wasn't great in the lounge, and the two downstairs bedrooms, the router was located in the upstairs bedroom. We were only supplied 4 toilet rolls for 2 bathrooms and 5 guests - for a 9 night stay, additional rolls were available at $1/roll and they were single ply - cheaper to purchase triple ply from the local supermarket. Over all it was reasonable for what we paid.

The stairs, had 2 elderly with us that struggled with stairs.
