Ville magnifique à visiter et merci pour l'accueil des Stanbouliotes.
Pros:

le rapport qualité prix est top. La proximité de la vielle ville est appréciable et le quartier est sympathique et sécure. Nous sommes rentrés tous les soirs tard à pied sans aucun problème et en toute sécurité.
Mention spéciale pour le personnel de l'hôtel aux petits soins, avec toujours le sourire et très arrangeants.
Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très efficace : café et thé à volonté, fromages, tomates, concombres, pain et oeufs. Ce petit déjeuner salé nous a permis de déambuler sans faim jusqu'en début d'après-midi.
Nous remercions encore l'équipe pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Just dont go here, period.
Pros:

Literaly nothing, location is convinient but that is about it.

Cons:

Where to start:
- very dirty and stinky bedsheets, with hair and stains
-very low ceiling its like a half floor
- windows very old dont close, so literaly you hear everything on ths road
-bathroom is terible
- flooring was not clean at all
- the smell of the room was so heavy that it was terrible

The pictures of the hotel ars showing an amazing place, but actually place is very badly maintained and cleaned.
My car was hit in front of hotel, in their street parking, they were sleeping during that time in reception. They never sent me promised video so i couldnt go to police. They never replied also.

Overall i would avoid this hotel

Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato una doppia,purtroppo quando ci hanno consegnato la stanza siamo rimasti un po' delusi perché era troppo piccola, faccio presente subito se era possibile cambiare, Ghokan mi ha trovato una soluzione ottima per le notti successive, ho apprezzato tantissimo la sua disponibilità, anche gli altri ragazzi sono stati gentili, un buon team lo staff del family hotel!!

Cons:

Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della stanza bisogna migliorare un po' alcune cose, per il resto okk!

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι εξαιρετική και μπορεί κανείς να πάει με τα πόδια στα πιο σημαντικά αξιοθέατα τις Κωνσταντινούπολης. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό με ότι ζητήσαμε και ήταν διατεθειμένοι να φυλάξουν τα πράγματα μας και μετά το check out. Πολύ καλή η σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής.

Cons:

Κάποιες πετσέτες είχαν λεκέδες και δεν ήταν απολύτως καθαρές. Το πρωινό ήταν εντάξει αλλά αρκετά περιορισμένο.

La proximité avec la mosquée bleue et monuments à visiter,le personnel aimable et souriant.

A notre check-in nous avons dû attendre à la réception pendant un bon moment car il n y avait personne, Idem lors de notre check-out.
L'hygiène est déplorable,les oreillers sont tachés, alèse du lit rongée par la transpiration des locataires précédents,odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain,sur le lit il n y a qu un petit linge fin,pas de drap ni couverture..l hôtel tombe en ruine,le support papier toilette ne tient que parce que je le refixais au mur chaque jour,des pâtés de plâtre sur le mur, fenêtre qui peine à se refermer,le bruit de la clim..
Bref une horreur,y a pas que le prix qui fait que l hôtel est bon et agréable,quand des clients mettent des commentaires,il faut en tenir compte.

Het is goed als je een slaapplek zoekt, het is wat je van een 3 sterren hotel verwacht dus goed

Heel vriendelijke gast aan de balie die altijd met een lach klaar stond om ons te helpen en altijd gedag zei.

Cons:

Ontbijt was echt slecht, ondanks dat het gratis was zijn het gwn bordjes uit de koelkast met niks lekkers erop geneens water, mijn kamer zat tussen de balie en het ontbijt dus werd vaak wakker, een van mijn kussens had vlekken, douch werkte half vanwege kapotte douchkop, wifi viel soms wat tevaak uit, er werd een dicht flesje water uit mijn koelkast gehaald? De koelkast werkte voor geen meter in mijn kamer maar in de andere wel
