Terrible experience
Pros:

Arrived only to be given a room where the balcony door would not close or lock. Called receptionist, who tried to fix same bit with no luck. Was told there was no other room and we would have to put up with it.

Cons:

Très bruyant avec Insonorisation inexistante, propreté douteuse salle de bain, absence volets ou rideaux occultants avec baie vitrée cassée qui ne se ferme pas, salle de bain très vétuste datant des années 60-70 sans nécessaire de toilette à disposition.

Good location for the night before an early flight, but poor housekeeping
Pros:

Handy location for airport and beach. Easy to get bus to Palma. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. 24 hour reception is great for early flight, they called a taxi and it arrived a minute later.

Cons:

Poorly cleaned bathroom - looked like someone had shaved in my sink and wasn’t cleaned. Long hairs (definitely not mine) on the bathroom floor.
Dried/caked toothpaste left on the sink worktop.
No fan or ventilation in the bathroom so it gets really steamy and damp.

For the price, this was a solid hotel option for an overnight stay. The breakfast was great, and the bus stop to the airport is conveniently close (a 5-minute ride and a 15-euro taxi)—perfect for an early or late flight. It worked well for a late check-in after a night flight.

Cons:

The beds were on the firmer side, and the room could have been a bit cleaner.

Mein Einzelzimmer war schlecht für den Preis 12m2 gibt weit besseres zum selben.Bad sehr alt und 80er Jahre style. Balkon ohne ein Vordach wenns Regnet alles Nass.

Stay away from this place!!!
Pros:

Good size queen room with large double bed that i booked..it was clean but certainly not quite.....

Cons:

Extremely dated hotel by the terrible lack of maintenance externally..the roof top terrace was an UTTER DISCRACE.
It was filthy and had absolutely nothing to offer for anyone who wanted to use it..not a single chair or sunlounger just dirty rags lying about the place...appalling..
The balcony of my room had 2 very rusty chairs to use the bathroom was tiny with no room to move around in due to the ridiculous position of the wash basin protruding out from the wall drastically narrowed the entrance of the bathroom itself...so I said to my wife why is there a bathroom in there where there's clearly no room for it...a shower is the OBVIOUS solution in a room of that size...very poorly designed....
Now breakfast..well firstly there's a good choice if you love the continental type breakfast..plenty of choices..
Now if you wanted the hot food you had to wait for someone to serve you behind the counter because simply they were never there...serving platters that did have fried eggs and sliced omelette were constantly empty...i was furious when me and other customers who were standing there with empty plates waiting for someone to appear and cook something...appalling service indeed.!!!...the restaurant itself was small and crowded with a clear lack of seating...all I can say is THANK GOD I DIDN'T BOOK A WEEK HERE WITH HALF BOARD BASIS....we stayed for just 3 nights bed and breakfast that was definitely enough...
