Ingen bar på kvällen
I made a reservation through Booking. I was extending my stay by paying daily. However, they kept increasing the prices, and eventually they also removed the breakfast. Additionally, there is a large factory-like facility across the street. There is a constant ventilation noise coming from there day and night, and if the balcony door is not closed, the noise reaches the room.
Отличное местоположение , хорошее соотношение цена качество , хорошие завтраки , классный вид из номера .
Немного напрягал шум от соседнего отеля , но с закрытыми окнами , в номере тихо .
L'emplacement et les chambres spacieuses
Le deuxième étage plus bruyant

Lack of some facilities in bathroom
I love staying at Bella Villa Metro. I feel comfortable and looked after. The staff are amazing. I love the location. I love our room, the sea view, the size of the room, the kitchenette and the balcony. The washing machine is invaluable.
My only wish is that they would fix or replace the treadmill in the gym. This has been out of order at least since the 7th of February.
Предоставили улучшенный номер с гостиной и спальней, уборка каждый день, не шумно, вообщем отдых удался
Reasonable price
Good breakfast
Big room
Aircon works well
Feels a bit old
Not that walkable to the beach
Annoying having to walk between 2 buildings
If you’re booking this hotel, do yourself a favour and get Room 601 (The Panoramic Suite). The view is absolutely out of this world—it’s the kind of backdrop that makes you feel like royalty, even if you’re just sat there in your dressing gown.
The suite is a proper "home from home." The bedroom is separate and features a double bed so massive you’ll need a GPS to find your partner in the middle of the night. Both the lounge and the bedroom have their own big TVs and sofas, which is brilliant if one of you wants to watch the news and the other wants to ignore them in peace.
A few highlights that actually matter:
Climate Control: Two superb air-con units (one in each room) kept us lovely and cool. No melting here!
The Kitchenette: A proper-sized fridge! None of those tiny boxes that only fit a tin of pop; you can actually get a decent shop in here.
The Details: Sockets on both sides of the bed (a modern miracle) and a free safe that’s easy to use.
The Staff: The cleaning lasses are absolute stars. They were in every day, changing bedding when needed and swapping towels daily. They kept us topped up with tea, coffee, and water, too.
Saving the Pennies: There’s a water cooler in reception to fill your bottles for the kettle—saves a fortune on buying water! Also, the laundry facilities in the sister hotel are a bargain at 40 baht for a wash.
The bathroom has two showers; while it’s a little "tired" (aren't we all at our age?), it was spotless and did the job perfectly. Overall, a cracking stay with views you won't forget.
While we loved the view, there were a few bits that let the side down—mostly in the "where do I put my knickers?" department.
The Wardrobe Situation: Honestly, four coat hangers for two people? I’ve seen more storage in a glove box. There wasn’t a single drawer in the place, so we lived out of our suitcases for the duration. It’s hard to feel "at home" when your wardrobe is a zipped-up bag on the floor.
The Pillow Fight: The pillows were a bit like sleeping on a bag of cement—hard, unforgiving, and not exactly what you want to rest your head on after a long day. A bit of fluffing up (or some new ones entirely) wouldn't go amiss.
The "Indoor Pool" (In the Bathroom): There’s no door on the shower, so unless you’re an Olympic-level diver, the floor gets soaked every single time. A proper mop-up job after every wash isn't exactly my idea of a holiday activity.
The "Open Plan" (Whether You Like It Or Not): The sliding doors between the lounge and bedroom were stuck fast. We reported it, but it seems they weren't in the mood for moving. A bit disappointing when you’d like a bit of privacy from the other half's snoring.
The Sunbed Scramble: There’s a serious lack of sunbeds around the pools at both hotels. You’d need to be up at the crack of dawn to snag one, and I’m on holiday, not a military exercise.
Where’s the Socket?: Not a single socket in the lounge! If you want to charge your phone while you’re on the sofa, you’re out of luck.
Drying Off: It would’ve been a grand idea to have a small clothes airer on one of the balconies. Instead, we were left wondering where to hang a damp swimsuit without it looking like a jumble sale
