Pros:

The service at this motel is horrible. First off the heater in the room was not working and the front desk sent a repairman who was unable to get the heater working. He did provide a portable heater but it was not strong enough to heat up the whole room. As a result I was forced to sleep with my seater on as the room was very cold. I was also instructed not to leave the heater on with the bathroom light on because it might blow the fuse. The second issue is the TV would not work with the remote that was povided. The toilet paper provided was one ply. Too many issues.

Cons:

Rooms were too cold, heaters were very low throughout the night. Also, the staff in the night at check in was very unfriendly

Cons:

We found bugs in the bed and tiny red spots. The staff told us it was the first time they heard this type of complaint (we did not even complain but simply said we did not feel comfortable staying there). No accountability or apologies were offered.

the lady at reception was friendly and helpful.....and the location is excellent
Pros:

excellent location....nice room and friendly staff....great value

Cons:

it would have been nice to have coffee and tea maker in the room.....overall, for the price paid it was good value

The stay was fine
Pros:

The room is clean. Matreds and bed sheet smells clean. Bathroom is clean too

Cons:

Only one pillow per person. Pillow low quality, neck was sore when i woke up. But all in all it was a decent stay

Great value for weekend getaway in Niagara.
Pros:

Have stayed at this property before. Will continue to book here. Price is great for property.

Cons:

Air conditioner worked hard but did not cool the room down.
Service was not as friendly this time around at check in.

Pros:

The beds were alright no complaints, comfortable enough for the night. Enjoyed the outdoor patio on 2nd floor. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Room was dirty - we found fruit loops cereal and womans underwear on the ground. AC didn't work great but it was functional.
