Overall it was a good experience to stay

Cleanliness and location,

Cons:

The washroom was quite small and didn't have hot water . Me and my children had to take bath with cold water. Moreover there was no bucket or cup in the washroom. TV was very old and remote was not working .Moreover parking was not included in the room rent which sounds weird.

Séjour très agréable avec personnel à l'écoute
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant e collaboratif; emplacement parfait pour une visite de la ville même à pieds (à 5 minutes à pieds des chutes); installation très propre à l'arrivée.

Cons:

Ménage fait dans une seule des 3 chambres que j'ai réservé durant tout notre séjour. Certains équipements tels que le climatiseur et la colonne de salle de bain devraient être changés car très vieillots et peu fonctionnels.

Price is quite attractive compared to central Montreal but you need to have your own vehicle.

The place is easily accessible and 24 hour reception facility. Prompt response to call.

The place being enroute is noisy if you sit outside. Closed rooms there is no disturbance of sleep.
