Was voor ons perfect, alleen zou ik de volgende keer een kamer willen aan de achterkant, de hoofdweg is erg druk, en met kids vond ik dit niet heel prettig.

Yeri o semtte işi olanlar için mükemmel..Ancak otelin odalarının ve banyosunun bakıma ihtiyacı var..Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgili..

Hiç bişey hoşuma gitmedi.

BED BUGS everywhere!

I think the lack of cleanliness was the cause of so many bed bugs in that hotel bed. For my nightmare, I woke up in the middle of the night with bites and the feeling that something was crawling on my body.
When I turned on the lights, I saw the white sheet with countless little bugs of all sizes (stages). I had never seen anything like that before... I called the receptionist to the room and showed him.
He didn't react at all, so I said I wanted another room. I moved from room 202 to 502 and took more little bugs to infest another room.
When the day dawned, I tried to clean my things and went to another hotel.

The cleaning staff should have been more careful!!

Staff where excellent,in and all around the hotel.

Odamıza yerleşir yerleşmez tv den kaynaklı elektrik sıkıntısı oldu, kısa devre sonucu odanın elektriği kesildi ve odamızı hemen değiştirdiler. Kısa sürede odamız değişmiş olsa da elektrik aksamındaki sıkıntı rutin kontrollerin yapılmıyor olduğu hissi yarattı.

It’s old and in desperate need to renovation
It’s not in a good area morning here except kebab shops
Staff don’t speak hardly any English and the noise is dreadful getting no rest would not recommend at all

Very nıce otel and also very clean

The bed is broken. The room is boiling. The air con doesn’t work. Nobody speaks English. They can’t print receipts. The window only opens a crack. Decor is poor. Location is loud. Stuck here with work for 5 days. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The staff at reception tried to take £1275.63 from my credit card instead of a payment of around £130 for 2 nights
I got a text from my credit card company saying have i organised a payment from hotel of £1275.63 i replayed NO
which then my credit card was Blocked
Then spent next 5 hours trying to sort problem to no avail
Staff not interested and said could not help
Me and my wife spent £50 trying to ring UK to sort problem out to no avail
This left us in a mess even management not interested

Stayed only one night. Couldn’t stand the smell of stale smoke everywhere. Got put in a smoking room, immediately asked to be switched and got put in a “non smoking room” where the smell was still sickening. The Spa is filthy; filled with dirt, broken tiles, broken drains and black mould. Stayed only one night not 4!!

Room space , car parking , breakfast was good and restaurant staff helpful

Tek cümle ile baştan sona kadar rezalet..Bu otelde çok şey kötüydü, ama suyun akmaması hiç düşünülemezdi…
