Pros:

The location was great, breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Cons:

The staff member during check-in overcharged my room and my friends room. She didn't charge us the price that booking said that we had to pay at the property . Also I told her that we was overcharged and this never happened before but she didn't care and didn't even try to help get my money back that I was overcharged or come to some sort of resolution .

Great staff! Bad room experience!
Pros:

Location was easily accessible. Nice room layout. The staff were wonderful; very friendly and accommodatable. Felt safe in the hotel and area.

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed in my room. The shower water went from very hot to scalding. I was not able to take a shower. The curtain hook was broken therefore the blackout curtain could not be pulled completely closed allowing light to shine in the room. The TV remote control was dirty. It has some kind of sticky stuff on it; really gross.

Probably stick with Hilton from now on.

Had a room on the first floor available

Cons:

lamp beside the bed was inoperative - went to front desk, manager came to the room to confirm there was NO switch to operate lamp. Follow morning found a cock roach / palmetto bug in the bathroom sink - a 1.5” long - told front desk on our exit from the property.

Pros:

This hotel is our “go to” when we’re in Commerce. The staff is always more than accommodating, the property to conveniently located close to the freeway and there are multiple dining and shopping options available within walking distance. The hotel, is quiet, the rooms are spotless as well as all the common areas. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.
