Pros:

Very out dated. The desk staff seemed very standoffish compared to other places I have stayed. Breakfast had to be thể worse I have had at any hotel in Pattaya or surrounding areas

ห้องกว้าง​กว่าโรงแรมอื่นๆทั่วไป มีจานชามช้อนและไมโครเวฟเตรียมไว้ให้ รวมทั้งอ่างล้างจาน ซึ่งนับว่าสะดวกแก่ผู้เข้าพัก ถือว่าเป็นจุดเด่น
จุดด้อยคือความสะอาดโดยเฉพาะห้องพัก มีเส้นผมกระจายอยู่ทั่วห้องพัก วิธีทำความสะอาดต้องปรับปรุงควรเช็ดพื้นให้แห้งไม่ควรปล่อยให้พื้นแห้งเอง เพราะเกิดคราบสกปรก

Pros: Price is okay. Beautiful landscape. Beautiful views. Staffs were really friendly. Foods were delicious.

Cons: The hotel is really run down. The beddings were not clean. The hotel look really old unlike the photos posted.

If they clean the hotel and invest it a bit, it would be a great property to stay at.

Pros:

Great sized apartment, lacking in some cooking equipment, a little dated but overall very clean and comfortable. Stayed on the top floor and had two balconies. Great pool area. Free breakfast. Beach front access. Street food and some restaurants close by ( some within walking distance). A little bit out of Pattaya, so had to rely on Grab (Thailand's Uber), but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Can get a bit noisy at night.

พนักงานบริการดี สถานที่ใกล้ชายหาด แต่ข้อเสียหลัก ๆ ที่ทำให้ประสบการณ์ที่นี่ไม่น่าพอใจเท่าที่ควร คือ ที่จอดรถน้อย ไม่เพียงพอสำหรับแขก แล้วรถเราแพงแต่ต้องไปจอดตากแดดกลางสนาม อีกข้อคือสภาพโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า พื้นกระเบื้องในห้องมีอาการระเบิดตัว เวลาเดินจะมีเสียงตลอดเหมือนจะพัง รวมถึงความสะอาดของห้องพักโดยรวม ควรจะทำได้ดีกว่านี้ในการให้บริการ ฝากไว้เพื่อการพัฒนาการให้บริการครับ

.LOVELY ROOM ABOUT 40+square metres.Lunch and evening meal good result about 3 hours later.Reccommend nice hotel yes a fair way north of Naklua but lovely .Great staff especially Natasha on reception. Day 5 test arrived at 12pm again excellent staff and lovely room .Lovely view and VERY CLEAN .Taken by minibus to do test and returned.Excellent hotel behind Toyota garage going to bangkok on sukhumit rd .Thank you from Peter and Prathin Pullham

The room is quite big, the prices are reasonable.

Pros:

Excellent holiday. Wonderful staff, very clean rooms and clean hotel. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Quiet and clean location right next to beach. Swimming pool was excellent; pool and area was clean. Had a wonderful relaxing holiday in the sun.

Best place for pet lover
Pros:

A very nice hotel not far from Pattaya that welcome pets. Pets can stay with you in room, can walk around hotel and can sit with you while you have breakfast. Room rate included breakfast. Parking lot available. Rooms are clean and have more space for your family member. Recommend!
