Pros:

Walking distance from the train station and near the shops. Very clean.

Cons:

The room was hot, and if you want a cooler temperature, the staff said we just need to open the window. Air con is set for heating and not for cooling.

京都が仕事であれば大変お勧めします。とにかくリーズナブルで静かな良いホテルです。
Pros:

一般的に言うビジネスホテル、というタイプでは大変良いホテルでした。全体に少し古い感じは否めないですが
その分部屋は広いですし廊下も広く、エントランス、ロビー等にも余裕があります。
地下にあるガレージも最近では珍しいですね。雨でも困りません。
1階のレストランは朝昼夜、と営業しているのも素晴らしい。つまりホテルから出ないでも食事が出来ます。
向かいにはコンビニ、すぐ隣近所にはガソリンスタンド、少し歩けば飲食店もスーパーもあります。
駅は藤森駅まで歩いて10分弱でしょうか。
特筆するは京都の中心部ではない、と言う事でとにかく静か、周りも龍谷大学の近所なので
学生向けのリーズナブルなお店もあり京都の普通の生活の中にあるホテルという感じです。
その気になれば有名な伏見稲荷は遠くありません。朝早くなど観光客が来る前に立ち寄ることもできますね。
出張などで観光ではない方なら文句つけるところがありません。
急な予定変更で一泊追加をしたんですがそれもスムースに対応していただきました。
スタッフも皆さん親切でした。

Cons:

駐車場に関しては少し検討はしてもよいかもしれません。車が大きくなっているのにスペースは昔のママなので
もったいないですね。
あとこれはよくある話ですがシャワーカーテンはかなり酸っぱかったです(笑)
バスルームの排水がちょっと弱かった。溢れないための上部の排水穴から排水しながら下の排水溝の蓋を外すと
オーバーフローになるようでバスタブの外で溢れました。バスマットが絞れるほどです。
上から排水しているときに下からも排水すると管が細いのであふれてしまう構造みたいです。
まあ普通に使えば問題ありません。

Pros:

宿泊日の当日、チェックイン前から駐車場が使用できたのは良かった。

Cons:

駐車場代1500円しましたが、近くに24時間800円の駐車場がたくさんありました。
そして、今回初めてですが、いつも親子で予約する際、朝食付きを選択すると必ず宿泊者分、朝食付きになっていましたが、今回のホテルは大人分込みの朝食付きで、チェックイン時に、子供分追加に支払いました。しかも、もともと大人でも2200円で高めだなと思いつつ予約しましたが、13歳の子供も大人料金として2200円支払いました。素泊まりに変更しようとかと考えましたが、辞めました。三連休で早めに予約したのはよかったですが、まさか、宿泊費とは別の、子供の朝食代の件で、次からはどの宿泊先も事前に確認しようと思いました。
