Servicio y atención mejorables

La ubicación y el personal del restaurante.

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada. La habitación tenía muy poca luz y el personal de recepción mostró muy poco interés en atendernos. Al llegar, no nos informaron de que el parking estaba completo ni de que podíamos solicitar una plaza al día siguiente, por lo que tuvimos que buscar otro parking y pagar 36 € por una noche.

Al hacer el check-out también esperamos más de 20 minutos para ser atendidos, a pesar de que había dos personas en recepción.

Por otro lado, la zona de la piscina es bastante pequeña y permiten fumar. Además, los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado fumaban por la ventana hacia el patio de luces y el humo entraba en nuestra habitación, por lo que tuvimos que mantener la ventana cerrada.

En general, creemos que deberían mejorar bastante la atención al cliente y la información que proporcionan a los huéspedes.

Comodo, limpio y céntrico, todo lo que se busca en hotel de ciudad
Pros:

Que está muy bien ubicado, todo cerca, la cama la elegimos grande y era súper cómoda , el desayuno muy rico, y variado.
Pudimos cargar el VE en el parking, sin coste . Lo cual es un plus después de salir y conocer poblaciones de alrededor salíamos de nuevo al 100%

Cons:

Me gustó todo , por poner algo, quizás la presión del agua en la ducha no era muy fuerte.

Que mojaran el suelo d la picina... puesto que resvala mucho ... yo con ni discapacidad me dio miedo caerme en varias ocasiones el suelo es muy resvaladizo

Excelente opción en el centro
Pros:

La atención del personal, las camas, habitación espaciosa. Muy bien ubicado para hacer turismo y cerca hay locales donde disfrutar de buena comida como El mejillón, un descubrimiento

Cons:

No pudimos disfrutar del comedor para cenar por falta de personal en ese momento
