Needs urgent renovations in the room

Outside free parking at 5 min walk

Cons:

The room was a real disgrace. I have never seen a hotel room in this situation. There was no closet, a lot was broken, old, not clean. Mold in the bathroom, no safety for electricity.
Pool was cold, even the kids pool. Outdoor beds are dirty.
In the kids play area everything needs to be paid for and in the smaller room it’s just a bunch of broken toys.

המלון קטן ולא עמוס, היחס של הצוות והשירות היו מעולים, היה רגוע ושקט! האוכל היה טעים ובשפע לא היה חסר, וגם אם משהו לא עבד או היה חסר ישר דאגו לתקן/למלא.

Cons:

המלון עבד חלקית הצוות לא היה מלא והרגישו... הינו צריכים לבקש כל הזמן קרח שיוציאו מבפנים, ומגבות בבריכה היה חסר..
היו שני מצילים בבריכה אחד מבוגר ממש נחמד ומקצועי, דאג כל הזמן לוודא שהכל בסדר עשה סיבובים. הצעיר העיר לילדים על קפיצות ודאג להדגיש לנו שהילדים באחריותנו כי הוא לא רואה מהמקום שיושב את הכל, בכלל לא הורגשה נוכחות של מציל חוץ מזה שמידי פעם העיר לילדים שקפצו. באמצע נעלם כמה פעמים. אם מישהו היה טובע לא בטוח שהיה מי שיציל.
