Breakfast is good. Location is good. This is my 2nd time in jacob hotel Eilat. We are happy and feel calm in this hotel. I highly recommended it to everyone.
Room not so clean. And during shabbat our trash was not collected and no new towels.

וילון עם סימני שריפה מסיגרייה ,מצעים לא נקיים (ציפה של השמיכה) ,כוסות זכוכית בחדר מלוכלכות
אין מקפיא -רק מקרר
העובדים נראים עצובים ,ממורמרים ולחייך קשה להם
אהבנו מאוד את ניקיון החדרים❤️❤️

האוכל לא היה טוב. לא מכינים אוכל שרובם חריף, לפחות לכתוב מה כן ומה לא. לא כולם אוהבים חריף..
אין צוות להסביר מה אוכל שמגישים. מלא רוטב חריף.
