החדרים סבבה, ארוחת בוקר מספיק מגוונת לדעתי,מרפסת נחמדה.

הזמנו חדר לזוג פלוס תינוקת, ביקשתי מראש לקבל מיטה זוגית, עכב בעיות בגב אך יצאה שקיבלנו מיטות יחיד וחיברו אותם למיטה זוגית. בנוסף בשרות חדרים עברו קצת על החדר והשאירו את המרפסת כמו שהיית, זה ביאס, יש ריח מחניק במסדרונות, של אבק וסיגריות כזה

כלום. חזית המלון הייתה בשיפוצים, אין איך להיכנס בלי לסכן את עצמך וללכת על הכביש מהרכב שחונה במרחק (כי אין חניה מסודרת למלון). החדר קטן, עם ריח של טחב ורטיבות, מגבות קטנות, צוות לא אדיב, אזור הבריכה מלוכלך ולא נעים להיות בו. גם כשפנינו לשירות לקוחות קיבלנו רשימה של תירוצים ללמה הם ממש בסדר. באחד הלילות היה רעש מאחד החדרים, לקח לאנשי הקבלה יותר מחצי שעה לטפל בזה וזה גם רק בגלל שהתקשרנו אליהם 5 פעמים. לא ממליצה

Pros:

מלון ג'קו אילת אחלה מלון מסודר, אוכל טעים ושירות מצוין.
יש כמה דברים שצריך לשפר בנושא הניקיון וגם להוסיף יותר הפעלות לילדים, אבל חוץ מזה הכול ברמה טובה.
בקבלה קיבלנו שירות מעולה במיוחד מ־עיטענה ומתומר — יחס מכבד, אדיב ושירות חבל על הזמן.
גם צוות האבטחה נותן תחושת ביטחון טובה והיחס של כולם במלון היה יפה ומכבד.
מאחל הצלחה גדולה לכל הצוות, תודה על האירוח 🙏

אהבנו את השרות של הצוות .. מלון כולל חדרים נקי אוכל טעים בריכה נקיה וגם סביבה עובדים נחמדים
הפינוקים שמקבלים וקפה שחור ממש ברמה טובה
נהננו מאוד מהמקום וארוח חוזרים באוגוסט וגם יש בר שהוא יחסית סבבה האוכל ומחירים סבירים אוכל טעים מנות גדולות

יש שיפוצים של העירייה בכניסה למלון, (05/26) והיה רעש נוראי מהבוקר עד הצהריים, בנוסף המון בלאגן ולכלוך בתוצאה מהשיפוצים.
בנוסף.
החדרים לא כמו בתמונות, האירוח סטנדרטי בהחלט.
לא מעבר.
הצוות מאוד נחמד אבל המקום חייב שיפוץ.
