Cons:

Buchungsvorgang und Kommunikation schlecht. Das Hotel verlangt eine Vorauszahlung über einen zugeschickten Link, der bei uns nie funktioniert hat. Auf Nachrichten diesbezüglich haben sie nicht reagiert, so wussten wir bis Ankunft nicht ob wir unser Zimmer bekommen. Wir haben in Booking.com ein Zimmer mit zwei separaten Betten ausgewählt, wir haben dann die Nachricht bekommen, dass diese Wahl unverbindlich ist und nur bei Verfügbarkeit zu haben ist. (Wir haben es dann bekommen, aber dieses Vorgehen ist nicht korrekt, da man das Zimmer nicht absagen kann.)

Las camas muy bien.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, y al estar encima de la puerta del hotel desde temprano y hasta tarde hay ruido en la calle. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba algo rota.

Pros:

Habitación amplia, luminosa, fresca. El baño, genial y precioso.

Cons:

Para hacer el check IN, según a qué hora, hay que pasar al otro hotel cerca de este, en la misma fachada.

La chica de la recepcion me hablo muy mal por telefono ya antes de llegar,
En la habitacion salian hormigas todo el rato de todos lados,
Quise subir en ascensor y subieron el personal de limpieza y mas trabajadores antes que yo cuando en cualquier lado la prioridad es el cliente, suerte que fui por viaje de trabajo llego a ir con la familia y tal como le hablo por telefono la chica nos hubieramos ido a otro sitio

Pros:

The toilet was very clean and comfortable for a shower.
It has a very nice and big terrace. Very useful air conditioning. Very quite place and close to the city centre. Staff was very kind, helpful and funny.

Cons:

The pillow was too thin and quite bad for the neck.
