The location and property were great, the staff were lovely and helpful, the accommodation was great, roomy, clean, the tv was huge.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it's very noisy. This is not the fault of the property in any way

Great location, parking, facilities and staff
Pros:

The location is excellent. The facilities are really good, the beds are comfortable, the parking & security are great and the staff could not be more helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Not being able to access the glass sliding door to our room from the car park as they could only be locked from inside.

Friendly and helpful staff, good parking, clean and comfortable beds.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the parking was good, the apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Everything seemed a bit tired. The air conditioning did not work in one of the bedrooms and in general the whole place could do with some maintenance and a tidy up. We had just come from Port Douglas paying the same per night rate so it was disappointing that it was not of the same standard.

It was a wonderful stay, felt like home away from home!
Pros:

The property is very good, conveniently located, bus stop just a minute away, pick up point of most tour operators just 4-5 minutes away.

Comfortable beds, good amenities, clean and neat rooms and above all helpful staff.

We enjoyed the pool too.
