Very nice and comfortable
Staff wasn't great relative to similar hotels in area. They were short with explainations. I parked in garage and they added parking into my hotel hill which is fine. However, they didn't inform me to use my room key to exit garage. I held up traffic and had to go back inside for them to say “oh yeah..you need a room key.” First time there, so I wasn't aware.
Clean, polite, very nice. Friendly helpful staff. Great room. I recommended this hotel.
Only one problem: They gave us a card that said "free wifi". I still have the card and it says nothing about "members". So I used it. They wanted to charge me $15 but rescinded when I showed them the card they gave me at check in that said free.
We paid for deluxe room to have a good night and we couldn’t sleep at all…very bad noise all night like somethings was broken in next room ..
Everything was exceptional. Extra special shout out to Alexander in the executive lounge. He was happy to bend over backwards and run all over for a very busy four days it was fun to watch and he smiled at every single person was amazing. Excellent service.

Jasmine made our stay at the JW Marriott Indianapolis start off on the perfect note. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. Check-in was quick and seamless, but what really stood out was her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make us feel valued as guests.
Travel days can be hectic, and Jasmine’s warm personality immediately put us at ease. She answered all of our questions, provided helpful recommendations, and made us feel excited to be staying at the property. Outstanding customer service like hers is what turns a good hotel stay into a great one.
