The JW crushes corporate functions
Pros:

My company, Republic Airways, held an event at the JW for Employee Recognition. Our Event Manager Allison Snyder crushed it out of the park. Their front desk staff was so patient for load-in; Mickey walked 2 Floors of the parking garage with me to locate my vehicle. Their whole concierge team made our event a smash hit!

Pros:

What a wonderful night! Thank you so much to Cherry for helping make my husband’s 50th birthday so special! We were so surprised to arrive back in our room this evening to a complementary bottle of champagne and delicious chocolate cake with a personalized card wishing him a happy birthday!! So incredibly thoughtful!! Well done , Cherry!

Greta stay!

Stairwell experience
Pros:

I am leaving this review for the above and beyond effort of Andrew Simon. I was wanting to know how to access the gym from the tower stairs. Andrew took me to floor 27 and walked down every flight with me only to find out there was not a route to the gym from the stairs.

Andrew keep that passion. I appreciate your effort to help a customer.

Real nice stay with the most friendly valet I have ever met.
Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean and Denis in Valet was absolutely super. He was so courteous and we had a great discussion about my school in Southern Illinois. I would comeback just to chat with him again.
