Great stay. Everything was well maintained. Amenities in the hotel were excellent. Velocity and Dean's were both great and staff were all very good.
At check in Nira was a rock star for me. Great personality and made me truly feel welcomed.
Room was fantastic and the cleaning team do such an amazing job. I couldn't find any wrong with my stay.
Great job everyone and I wish all my stays were like this.

The hotel itself has a lot going for it—clean rooms, a wonderful executive lounge, and an unbeatable location close to everything downtown.

Unfortunately, the service experience didn’t match the setting. Interactions with staff consistently felt off. Our room wasn’t ready until 4:30 p.m. due to a feather-free request—yet the room still contained feathers. Basic service requests also fell short: toilet paper was never replenished despite asking, and room service dishes remained in the room even after we requested pickup.

The most frustrating moment came at checkout. We were not allowed to check our bags in the lobby because we were part of a conference and were instead directed to the third floor. After days of constant walking, this felt unnecessarily inconvenient and out of touch with guest needs.

**Would I recommend the JW Marriott?**
While there are clear highlights, the repeated service issues and lack of responsiveness ultimately outweighed the positives. I left feeling disappointed and, frankly, frustrated.
