Saved my eyes!!
Pros:

I did not have contact solution and the lovely valet Denis went to his car and gave me his personal bottle. Th hotel don’t have any and I was so grateful for this human!! Good worker great customer service!!

Rhye at the lobby bar. Enough said.
Pros:

Tonight I had the immense pleasure of meeting Rhye at the lobby bar. They exhibited more care, attentiveness, and honestly craftsmanship than I have ever seen in the service industry. I was so impressed. Whether you stay a day or a week, I truly hope you get the pleasure of meeting this wonderful human being. If you see perfectly bouncy blonde curls, just know you are in safe hands. And I will certainly be back!

Best bartender in the city!
Pros:

I had a great experience at the lobby bar at the JW Marriott, mostly because of Rhye! From the moment I sat down, their professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out. Rhye clearly knows their craft. Every drink was thoughtfully made but what really made the experience special was how welcoming and attentive they were. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in their work. Rhye is easily one of the best bartenders in the city and a true asset to the JW Marriott. I will 100% be back!

Great service!
Pros:

Trey with the valet team was an amazing help upon my departure. He helped me get all of my bags loaded into the vehicles and was pleasant the entire time.
