We paid for deluxe room to have a good night and we couldn’t sleep at all…very bad noise all night like somethings was broken in next room ..
Jasmine made our stay at the JW Marriott Indianapolis start off on the perfect note. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. Check-in was quick and seamless, but what really stood out was her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make us feel valued as guests.
Travel days can be hectic, and Jasmine’s warm personality immediately put us at ease. She answered all of our questions, provided helpful recommendations, and made us feel excited to be staying at the property. Outstanding customer service like hers is what turns a good hotel stay into a great one.
The JW Marriott is fortunate to have Jasmine representing the hotel. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality!
Jasmine was superb at helping me get checked and in!
Great experience downtown Indianapolis. The rooms are welcoming, and the event space is fantastic. Loved the central location, and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Jonas and Elizabeth, part of the red coat team, were very accommodating and helped our event go smoothly!
I stayed at this hotel for three nights while attending a conference. The hotel was conveniently located and only about a 20 minute drive from the airport. I took an Uber upon arrival and departure and it was very convenient. A marathon was taking place on the day of my departure, but Uber was able to navigate the road closures and get me to the airport on time. Cost was about $30.
The hotel staff was warm and welcoming while checking in. They were able to look up my Marriott Bonvoy loyalty number using my phone number. I was assigned a beautiful room on the 21st floor. They also gave me a complimentary bottle of water.
The room was gorgeous, comfortable, and clean. It even had a nice view of the river. I found the hotel to be very quiet, and I had a room at the end of the hall so I only had neighbors on one side of me. The other side of the room was backed up to the elevators, but the noise was not disturbing. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. A few things I was impressed by...the room had a doorbell that can be turned off, included a bathrobe for use, provided mouthwash, cotton balls, and Q-tips along with the standard shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and bar soap. The in room coffee bar also included biscotti-like cookies (similar to what the airlines give out on morning flights instead of pretzels). I cannot comment on the in room coffee quality as I either bought from Starbucks or drank the coffee provided at the conference. I did enjoy some hot chamomile tea though. There is also a refrigerator with 2 complimentary bottles of water.
The Starbucks in the hotel is convenient, but they had very long wait lines the entire time I was there due to the conference. Even ordering ahead online meant at least a 15 minute wait.
The conference rooms in the hotel were nice, but the hotel is also attached to the Indianapolis Convention Center via skywalk. The food served at the conference by the hotel was also good. For once I was not freezing in conference rooms!
The hotel has a nice steakhouse, and although I did not eat there, one of my colleagues did and proclaimed it to be excellent.
The hotel lobby is quite fancy and nicely appointed. They have walls with fireplaces in them which are not only pretty, but functional. There is a bar and a convenience store available also. The convenience store prices are quite high (over $5 for a small bag of chips), but it is convenient.
They are also about a 10 minute walk from Lucas Oil Stadium which was nice as we had an event there one evening. Since we left the event after dark, we chose to walk back to the hotel through the convention center. It was a slightly longer walk, but indoors.
Overall, the hotel was a very nice place to stay and I found myself wishing I was staying one more night! Our conference rate was $269 plus taxes per night. This would be out of my budget for a personal stay, but I do highly recommend this hotel.
It was very nice, great spacious room and nice bathroom. Great location on the edge of downtown next to victory field and walking distance to Lucas Oil stadium. Only wish they had a pool.
Close to stadium
Extra charges after we checked out that should of been included in initial price

The hotel was nice and room had a beautiful view. Virtually no water pressure, so for spending too dollar should never be an issue. If you go to Indy for a concert, do not stay here. We came back only to find the kitchen was closed! Therefore everyone staying flooded lobby store to pick up whatever was available. Dont waste your time or money there. The veggie wrap was inedible, sandwiches we got were equally bad.
Another perfectly located hotel for my race weekend. When I asked the race if the JW Marriott was a good location for the Indy 500 Fest 5k, they said that the race started in that area, so I booked it. What I didn’t know was that the JW Marriott was literally the start line and about a block (if that) away from the finish line.
This hotel has amazing on site restaurants-making the resort fee worth it), a great skywalk to get you from one end of the city to the other safely and efficiently, great views, super comfortable beds (seriously sunk into the bed and didn’t move all night and they use a real comforter/duvet not just a top sheet/blanket combo!), and lovely spacious rooms overall. The hotel is also super secure and has fantastic guest service.
You can’t go wrong by staying at the JW Marriott as it is also close to several tourist stops-museums, parks, monuments, etc. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed
