Pros:

This is a wonderful Holiday Inn Express which is in a central location and is managed by a team of friendly, helpful staff.

Rooms are spacious, buffet breakfast was ideal.

Highly recommended!

Pros:

Location is good, closed to fresh market (1 min walk) and also nearby supermarket. We also enjoy the small local barbecue (opposite to hotel) at night (open 10pm onwards), highly recommend.

Cons:

No refrigerator.

Pros:

The hotel staff were very kind. The check in was easy. They gave us a quiet and non smoke room. The breakfast were more or less Chinese food, but they have Müsli for the western.

Cons:

They don't have a small refrigerator in the room.

Family room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, as expected of a Holiday Inn Express.

As it is adjacent to a wet market, there is a fishy smell once you step out of the hotel that is inevitable.

The hotel delivered its value proposition. It was a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very spacious family room. Breakfast was good. The kids amenities were topped up everyday.

Cons:

It’s located adjacent to a wet market and the smell of fish is quite strong when we walk out of the hotel. The family room was very close to another building so we had to keep the curtains drawn at all times.

we were so saitisfactory and would like to go back one day if we go to Shantou
Pros:

I like the car park in the basement which was very convienient and most importantly, it's free. Breakfast was wonderfull ! Unforgetable. Staff were very helpful and friendly
