Ótimo hotel, mas não se arrisque em beber água do frigobar sem olhar o preço. Abusivo!

Cons:

Do preço da água e do atendimento ao final. No check-out, fui cobrado por R$ 50,00 em decorrência do consumo de 4 águas no frigobar e ao solicitar a nota fiscal, não emitiram por problemas técnicos, segundo o atendente Jonas. Cobrar preço abusivo por água, já é um desrespeito com o consumidor, agora não emitir nota é pior ainda. Não recomendarei.

A localização é boa. O quarto era grande e confortável.

Cons:

Tivemos problemas com luzes piscando, cortina blackout faltando um pedaço. Pedimos que colocassem uma cortina para vedar melhor, colocaram uma cortina meio improvisada, mas bloqueou a luz. Porém, as luzes piscando não foram arrumadas. Restaurante muito pequeno para o tamanho do hotel, tivemos que esperar por mesa num dos dias. A reposição das comidas era bem demorada e tudo acabava rápido. Chuveiro não era muito bom.

Café da manhã é bom.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto no primeiro dia foi apenas arrumado a cama e não limpado o chão. No segundo dia não entraram no quarto para limpar. O resto do meu jantar ficou o dia todo no quarto e o chão sujo desde o primeiro dia, com areia em volta do frigobar. Para atender uma reunião pedi mais 15 minutos no quarto para fazer o checkout, a recepção não aceitou. Precisei fazer a reunião na recepção do hotel com internet instável e apenas uma mesa com tomada disponível.
