鼓楼至近のビジネスホテル
Pros:

空港バスの終点（民航ホテル）から歩いて20分程度ですが、観光場所である南門楼、玉皇閣、鼓楼を通っていけるので、さほど遠くは感じません。
2017年３月現在で、部屋は新しく非常に清潔です。
通りは大通りではないので、比較的静かです。

JinJiang hotels are a great chocie
Pros:

My wife and I decided to travel to Yinchuan with little knowledge of the city. We booked a room at the JinJiang on a whim but weren't disappointed. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary WiFi worked better than some hotels in the US.

For pickier travelers, the towels weren't that thick. Room are not carpeted but rather fitted with tile flooring. And the bathroom wasn't well lit. Do not let these (very) minor things prevent you from staying at this JinJiang or any other. They are a steal!

Clean basic hotel
Pros:

A good choice for someone who wants a clean basic hotel and comes to China to see China not to pay a high price for non-room ammenities that they would not use anyhow. Like the Home Inn chain this hotel does not have carpets in the room which I which other Chinese hotels would follow as the floors are much cleaner without a carpet.
