Really nice small hotel with very affordable prices!
Pros:

Great central location, small style hotel which we loved.
Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful at all times.
Restaurants and shops plus the beach not far away.

Great location and close to all amenities
Pros:

The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to good restaurants and sports bars also within walking distance to the beach

Cons:

It wasn’t so much the property but the noise from the street, if I were to stay there again I would definitely ask for a room away from the front of the street

Beautiful grounds, friendly and professional staff, very comfortable bed. Great location.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing. Location is perfect, staff were professional and very friendly. At breakfast, the Egg station was great and all other food items for breakfast were yummy.

Cons:

Some breakfast items could have been warmer, eg/some food in the silver warmer trays were not very warm ie/sausages, potatoes, noodles.

My friend chose this hotel based on her previous stay...I would come back but NOT pay for breakfast
Pros:

I liked the size of the room, security to the rooms and the clean room...I loved the air flowing through the foyer, good place to chat with others

Cons:

There were coffee and tea in the room, but no milk...The breakfast was below other hotels standard...Eg. croissants where hard and stale, pancakes where think and raw in the middle, coffee was undrinkable.
