Pleased in the main but lack of older children or adult entertainment in the evenings was a shame.

Förväntade mig ett lyxigare familjehotell men det var inget vi kände av.
Pros:

Extremt turistigt. Finns många ställen på Mallorca som vi anser är bättre.

Cons:

Förväntade mig sköna sängar och bättre mat till det priset. Sängarna var hemska, stenhårda. Buffén var under all kritik.

Frukosten var bra, den hade många alternativt så alla hittade något att äta.

Cons:

Middagen var inte att hurra för, alldeles för många alternativ vilket medförde att kvaliteten på det som lagades blev medioker.
Allt smakade samma lika eller ingenting alls.

Stay was ok as property has lots of activities for families, but our check-in was terrible experienc
Cons:

Terrible experience at check-in, hotel staff forced us to purchase another room upon arrival even though we had a 2 bedroom suite already booked for our family. Had made multiple attempts at reaching front desk staff before our arrival for these type of questions but no one answered the phone. Basically because we had 3 children (one of them being a 6 year old), they said there is no way even in a large 2 bedroom suite that we had booked that we would fit and that it's hotel policy. Had we known earlier that we need to get 2 two-bedroom suites, I would've booked another hotel or an Airbnb instead.

Pros:

beautiful gardens, and hotel decor.
My kids are coeliac, so it was a bit of a worry. But Tatiana was making sure my kids had Gluten free cereal/ croissants/ muffins for breakfast. They were able to order gluten free pizza for dinners, or we were asking which dishes are gluten free.
Very happy with both breakfast & dinners. A lot of dishes on offer/ salads and fresh fruits

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Schade dass es in einem 4er Zimmer nur 2 Stühle hat.

Das Essen in der "Poolbar" ist sehr schlecht. Schlechte Qualität vorallem der Käse bei der Pizza oder Nachos oder so.

Das Essen am Buffet hat uns leider auch nicht so geschmeckt, kann aber auch sein dass wir selber Gastronomen sind und daher höhere Ansprüche haben.

Für Erwachsene alleine oder mit grösseren Kindern die Lautstärke beim Essen eher unangenehm da extremes Geschrei der kleinen Kindern.

Schade dass die Musik in der Anlage so leise ist

Als Kinderhotel eine gute Wahl.
Pros:

Da wir außer dem Poolrestaurant im Hotel nichts aufgesucht haben, kann man schlecht bewerten. Personal extrem freundlich, sehr schöne Anlage, Preis-Leistung beim Essen in Pool-und Frühstücks bar gut, Pool eher für Kinder geeignet . Erwachsene müssen entweder früh morgens oder spät abends die Gunst der Stunde fürs Schwimmen nutzen.Schwerpunkt Kinderhotel, daher für Erwachsen ohne Kinder nicht so interessant ( auf jeden Fall nicht in der Hauptsaison)

Cons:

Familiensuite war recht gedrungen, kommt auf den Fotos großzügiger „ rüber“. Zimmerreinigung von der Leistung durchwachsen.
