Très bien.
Pros:

Très bien, emplacement parfait dans le vieux quartier et personnel très gentil. Chambre très sombre avec la fenêtre intérieure. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Stayed twice it was so nice!
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable, clean and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. We re-booked this hotel because we enjoyed our first stay so much!

Cons:

The toilets were a little smelly but this seems normal in Hanoi. The area next to the kitchen before you enter the restaurant was quite dirty.

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage war einfach nur TOP! Direkt im Old Quarter nur ein paar Meter vom Wasserpuppentheater und See entfernt.
Am Wochenende ist dieser Bereich direkt daneben sogar für Fahrzeuge gesperrt.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren nicht ganz so bequem gefühlt sind diese aber in Vietnam generell einfach sehr hart.

Gutes Hotel in Hanoi mit extrem freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Selin half mir bei meiner Ankunft mit einem Problem mit dem Taxi Fahrer und gab mir tolle Tipps zum Essen gehen und wie ich Geld abheben konnte.
Das Hotel an sich ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und die Zimmer sind sauber.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Mein gebuchtes Zimmer war dunkel, da es kein Fenster nach außen hatte, sondern eine Wand direkt davor und über dem Lager war. Das wusste ich jedoch schon bei Buchung, daher keinen Punktabzug.

Super Lage, tolles Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war einfach perfekt direkt am Lake Kiem. Das ganze Areal dort in dem Bereich des Lake Kiems und Wasserpuppentheaters wird an Wochenenden zudem für Fußgänger gesperrt was die Atmosphäre ein wenig entspannter macht.
Wir hatten für die erste Nacht ein Zimmer Richtung Straße, das war vom Geräuschpegel ein wenig lauter trotzdem absolut im Rahmen, nach dem Trip in die Halong Bucht dann ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite in dem es völlig ruhig war und das obwohl mitten in Old Town.

לחדר חלון לפיר, כך שלמעשה אין הוא מבודד מהחוץ באופן לא נעים ואי אפשר לדעת מה מזג האויר. הפיר משותף לכל החדרים ושומעים את רעש המיקלחות מחדרים אחרים. כך שהוא גם מבודד מהרחוב וגם רועש, חסר בו אוורור, יש מעט ריח טחוב

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, besonderen Dank geht an Selin! Perfekte Lage, man kann viel zu Fuß erkunden. Das Frühstück ist super. Gepäck wird gelagert, wenn man ein paar Tage in die Ha-Long Bucht fährt! Wir kommen wieder!

Heel goed, een aanrader!
Pros:

Wat een heerlijke plek, bij aankomst een heel fijn en warm ontvangst. Alles zag er heel goed uit en de kamer was top. Locatie ook erg goed aan de rand van de old quarter en daardoor alles op loopafstand. Receptie wil je overal mee helpen en geeft goede tips. En lekker ontbijt!

Cons:

Enige is misschien dat je raam niet echt gelijk naar buiten kijkt maar naar een soort binnenplaats. Maar dat is eigenlijk geen probleem.
