Pros:

Incredible and friendly team in general. In particular- reception lady who gave me lots of great suggestions on where to eat and what to visit. The restaurants and local food places mentioned in the list were fantastic- delicious food, fresh and tasty.
Location is great as well both for walking in the old city and ordering taxi to go out.

Rosie, Jasmine, and the staff are the best part of the hotel.
Pros:

Rosie and Jasmine are definitely one of the main reasons we loved our trip and Hanoi. Their hospitality, kindness, and the readiness to help before, during, and post trip is something we never saw before. I know we're one more guest, but they made us feel special. I recommend the hotel specially because of them.

Aside of it, the room is exactly what's is shown on the pictures and the location is amazing. There are markets, cafes, restaurants, and exchange stores less than 3 minutes by walk.

Excellent rapport qualité prix au centre de Hanoï.
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel : toute l’équipe était très serviable et de bon conseil. Un accueil top 👍🏻
L’emplacement de l’hôtel permettait de se déplacer à pied sur plusieurs sites emblématiques de la ville.
Belle déco des chambres et même si elles ne sont pas très spacieuses elles sont bien équipées et la literie est confortable.
Bon Petit déjeuner buffet complet.
Enfin, excellent rapport qualité/prix
Nous y avons séjourné 2 fois.

I did not like my room with internal view, feels claustrophobic. Breakfast could be improved.

Home away from home
Pros:

The front desk staff were absolutely exceptional. Jasmine, Rosie and Jessica were very attentive and personable. They arranged an over night adventure outside of Hanoi which was something I could not have done without them. They made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. The hotel is in a perfect location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. When I visit Hanoi again, it will be at the Eliana Signature.

My stay was comfy, staff was accommodating, place was clean, breakfast was good
Pros:

The staff here was so friendly and extra helpful. I really recommend the place, it’s convenient, food was great, the staff was extra generous and make sure all your needs are fulfilled. If I come back I will stay here and I recommend you do the same!

Un séjour inoubliable à Hanoï
Pros:

La proximité du lac Hoam Kiem, dans l’authentique Hanoï, la décoration des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel toujours à notre écoute Jasmine, Mia,Rosie..
Organise nos excursions ( croisière à la baie de Ha Lan avec la compagnie Venus …)
Étant senior, le personnel était aux petits soins
Le petit déjeuner buffet
C’est notre second séjour
