Totally Amazing stay, really enjoyed and will recommend 100%
Pros:

Fantastic customer service, i felt welcomed and relaxed soon as i stepped into the hotel by Jasmin, smooth check-in experience, gave me great information in ensuring i had the best stay. Room was clean and fresh, great location, breakfast was yum! The staff here really make sure you have a lovely stay, and help you out with anything you need. Always a smile and welcome, really loved it! Jasmin even arranged speedy airport transport for my departure. They are an excellent example of how a hotel should be! I was really impressed! :)

CP質很高，重點是在鬧區進出都很方便

Cons:

房間比較舊一點，但如果價格上我覺得CP質算高!
櫃台人員也很熱情，如果有需要幫忙的他們都很主動協助

Super expérience !
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied du lac Hoan Kiem. La chambre que nous occupions était très bien équipée, propre et spacieuse. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse rare! Ils nous ont bien renseigné, répondu à toutes nos questions et nous ont donné que de très bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner était parfait également.

Great location and staff. Breakfast to be avoided.
Pros:

Great location and lovely staff. They were very helpful too. Particularly the young lady with glasses.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t good. The room was run down, particularly the bathroom. We were “upgraded” to a room with city view but I wish I had requested to stick to my booking. Not much of a view and very noisy at the front.
