A wonderful stay
Pros:

A truly lovely stay in the heart of Hanoi! ❤️

The hotel is absolutely worth the money. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and have everything you need for a pleasant stay in the Old Quarter.

But what truly made our stay special was the hospitality. Jessica, Rosie, and Noah were some of the sweetest hotel staff we’ve ever come across. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and genuinely caring throughout our stay — and the best part was that their kindness felt completely effortless and sincere.

It’s rare to come across people who go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable without expecting anything in return. That’s real hospitality and genuine kindness.

Thank you, team for making our Hanoi stay even more memorable. Would happily stay here again! ❤️

Pros:

El hotel es central, muy cercano a un parque principal, a penas para salir a pasear en la noche. Muchas de los lugares turísticos están cerca, vale mucho la pena. El personal es super amable y dte ofreceran muy buenas opciones de planes turísticos.

Cons:

No rentes cuartos sin ventana si eres clautrofóbico.

Primer de tot el personal : amable. Sempre disponible, ens han organitzat unes sortides fantàstiques, i s'han preocupat pel nosgre benestar. Habitació molt neta i còmoda, i moltes opcions per esmorzar.

Staff were lovely, great location, balcony was cool with a great view

Cons:

Couldnt adjust the temperature of the water in the shower. Bad english language vhannel selection. Tv wad not netflix enabled and it toom about 30min to figure out how to cast from my phone

Pros:

Good hotel in a great location. Staff is superfriendly and willing to help with anything.
Room was spacious en clean.
Breakfast was good, but also very Vietnam-oriented... which is not a bad thing, just something to take into account if a Western breakfast is important to you.

Cons:

Our room, while clean and big had no windows outside, just one that looks into some sort of shaft between two buildings.
Also, the airconditioning had a hard time keeping up with the high temperatures.

Ça reste un très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à ce qu’on peut trouver en France.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Jessica et l’équipe.
Ils nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils.
L’emplacement est idéal
Il y a un très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre n’est pas totalement terminée, il reste les peintures à faire et le sol est dégradé.
Les rideaux n’étaient pas très propres.

Good place to be in hanoi
Pros:

The staf was very good, also the manager maggie, she was kind and helpful. The rooms were as described and also bigger than other hotels, and every day they cleaned it. And the towels were of good quality 😄 not a deal breaker but small things matter.

A nice, beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming and provided us with a tourist guide featuring key locations and handy tips (such as the train schedule for "Train Street"). Good breakfasts and clean rooms.

Cons:

There is no shoehorn; minor cosmetic repairs and the installation of air conditioning in the elevator would be desirable.

The hotel is in a great location. Especially on the weekend when there is markets close by. The room is lovely, the staff are beautiful and I would return again. This was my second stay at Eliana and I will return .
