Location is great, staff is friendly
Room was not ready at 3pm, we found the room dirty. Room was very small so no comfort. Breakfast is ok but can be improved for a 4 star hotel

The location and the Staff were EXCELLENT
Could do with a bit of a refurbished but it wouldn’t put me off as staff and location more than make up for it xx

Staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located. Hotel and room pretty clean.
The hotel is very tired and in need of decorating/updating. Shower in room was very basic with no handheld shower head. No dinner being served in restaurant as renovations were apparently happening, although we didn’t see any. The breakfast was very basic/cheap ingredients. Main issue was the noise at night from other hotels playing really loud music. Got a small amount of sleep the first night and then had to resort to ear plugs the second night. So some serious sound proofing needed.

The staff were really nice and attentive. If there was a problem it was looked into straight away.
Room service wasn't great and on one of our days our room wasn't cleaned until the cleaner asked around 17:00 but it was too late.
