Pros:

Very near the seafront, the staff were excellent, especially the guy at the reception he helped me and made my stay comfortable. He is a credit to the hotel team. I have travelled around the UK, and the sea stone is high up on my list to visit again.

A lovely relaxing treat.
Pros:

Cons:

Shame there wasn't a room where one could sit and read a paper away from bedroom. Never mind. Not the end of the world but unusual.

An enjoyable break away.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel location was excellent for the seafront.
Good directions to the hotel from the train station. Close to all bus routes.

Cons:

I didn’t realise when booking that some rooms had a bath with a hand shower over it and no curtain for the water. I asked for a bath mat to make it safer. Also the pitched ceiling in the bedroom made it difficult to walk around the bed without banging your head. Also in the bathroom, you could not stand up in the bath to use the hand shower as the ceiling was pitched there too. So need to sit in the bath.

Great value in convenient location with sea view
Pros:

The spacious room with sea view, close to the sea, free upgrade and even with low-price deals to upgrade to the highest tier. Although the owner has been changed, the hotel is still able to offer the best value for a good price.

Cons:

I think "suggestions" rather than what I didn't like. I think guidelines can be provided to the guests, e.g. how to use the coffee machine. Breakfast is not as bad as others said, but can be better.
