Hotel on the beach!
Pros:

I often work in Bournemouth, this is my go too hotel, great staff, cleaners do a 10/10 job and the breakfast is the icing on the cake.

I just with they allowed dogs

Pros:

The bedroom i was in was clean and comfy. Bath panel needs to be replace otherwise great for a overnight stay.
Staff was happy and welcoming

Cons:

Breakfast wasnt great for a full English eggs was cooked to my liking but tasted like fry onions.
Sausage was disgusting toast was cold and hard overall the Breakfast was cold. Should off stuck with cereal and pastries

The change of ownership needs to improve especially reopening the restaurant with adequate staff levels.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and equipped with fridge,kettle and coffee machine. It provided a sea view.

Cons:

Having stayed at the hotel many times it was disappointing that the hotel bar and the fine Crab Restaurant was closed for main dining. The breakfast was served in the restaurant with limited table service , hot food cooked to order was served.

The hotel was generally fine and everything was as expected, but the rooms are quite dated and really need refurbishment soon. Unfortunately, our room also had a strange unpleasant smell, as if something had been left or trapped in one of the corners.

The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable — one pillow was not enough, while two were too many, and the quality was quite poor. The mattress was also very uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. When one person moved, the other could feel the whole mattress moving.

We were also disappointed with the view. Although the room had three large windows, they faced directly onto a wall, so there was absolutely no street view, which was quite frustrating.

On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. However, considering the condition of the room, the uncomfortable pillows and mattress, and especially the windows facing a wall, we felt the price was too high.

Lovely stay
Pros:

All the staff here are so friendly. I arrived early and the lovely lady on reception checked and saw my room was ready so let me check in a bit earlier

Breakfast is nice
Decent shower
Comfortable bed
Really decent sized room
Wasn't disturbed by any noise from anyone else

Cons:

Pillows were quite flat - but thats only if you were really trying to find a fault

Good location, breakfast and helpful staff
Pros:

Really nice hotel with character, unlike the chain hotels which all look the same. Really wonderful staff and the location is right near the beach and bus stops. We had a beach-facing room, which had a beautiful view of the pier and the sea. Daniel was very helpful and polite. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious. The price was sensible too.

Staff were very polite and helpful

Cons:

First room had issues with odour, issue was resolved promptly and we were moved to another room

Issue with parking, we were advised that there was no guest parking, so we had to pay for overnight parking, but later found that some guest were able to park in front of the hotel.

Loved it. We want to come back
Pros:

Loved our stay in this hotel. We booked signature room facing the beach. Although it was a beach view room and we loved it, some of the view was blocked by buildings. We got a 3rd floor room. Receptionist was too kind to change our room next day to 4th floor with a bigger view and i couldnt stop enjoying sitting at the window :). Thank you for the hospitality. Staff was amazing too. Added 3rd and 4th floor window pics.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better.

Fijn
Pros:

Fijne locatie, bij de pier en tegenover het congrescentrum. Ontbijt met alles erop en eraan. Het hotel is wat gedateerd, maar dat heeft ook z'n charme.
