Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰❤️.. good location... You can go by walk to... kuta beach and beach walk mall ... Kuta square also... My experience was gud .. keep it up 👍.

Cons:

Everything is good butt no iron facility in room...no shampoo.. no shower Gel..... No gud WiFi service's availability in rooms. You have to "(extra )"pay for cloths's iron ..

Pros:

not much.

Cons:

the room had severe water damage to the floor. the shower would take at least 10 minutes just to get warm. breakfast included wasn’t a luxury there was probably only about 4 options of food you could it.

Will stay again. Good value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Gardens were magnificent. Pool was clean and beautiful.

Cons:

Shower head was blocked. Hot water took a really long time to come through. Beds were extremely hard. Only a sheet to cover you no duvet. Cockroachs on the floor. Dirty cups in room. Housekeeping needs improvement.

Veiw the room before paying.
Pros:

The staff were nice.
We checked out 30 mins after arriving.

Cons:

The rooms were horrible.
Nothing at all like the pictures shown.
I asked for 3 double bed rooms. We got 1 double and 2 singles.
The mouldy smell hit you first. And the stained linen on the bed had me looking for bed bugs.
The bathroom hasn't had a deep clean for a very long time.
