Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und das Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Es ist Schade,dass der Poolbereich und der Saunabereich zusammen sind. Gerade mit Kindern. Die Fliesen im Poolbereich sind spiegelglatt sobald Nässe dazu kommt.

Freundlicher Empfang, schönes sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider lag kein Bademantel auf dem Zimmer. Im Bereich der Toiletten im Restaurant funktioniert nur das heiße Wasser. Ein Hinweisschild schützt die Hände nicht vor dem heißen Wasser. Hier ist eine Reparatur der Mischbatterie notwendig.

Für ein Wochenende ok. Leider ohne Sauna
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber und Frühstück waren gut.

Cons:

Dass in einem Wellnesshotel 2 von 3 Saunen außer Betrieb sind und in die 3. Sauna nur 1 Personen Platz hat und man nicht vorher informiert wird. Wirklich schade.

Erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen eines Schlosshotels
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, es liegt direkt neben dem Schlosstheater. Außerdem hat uns das Frühstück sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht von dem Hotel. Es ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Von abgeplatztem Holz am Türrahmen über Beschädigungen in der Dusche und am Spiegel gab es einiges, was uns negativ aufgefallen ist. Für das "Erste Haus am Platze" wäre da wohl mal eine Renovierung/Sanierung vonnöten.
Des weiteren fanden wir den Parkplatz mit 10€ pro Nacht ziemlich teuer. Nebenan auf dem großen Parkplatz kann man für 3€ pro Nacht stehen, was wir dann auch getan haben.
