Nice Hotel but building work going on which I wasn't made aware of.Also lots of football squads from Netherlands swamp the Hotel during January and they are very loud and it's hard to relax.
Stayed here 4 nights last Feb .
Stay was fine, view towards Malaga was nice and beach.
Room was basic enough but had everything one would need but nothing fancy as a 3 star hotel. The bed a bit hard and didn't like the safe facility which is in a little chubby hole of a room off reception. Breakfast basic but OK.
Reception staff courteous but slow enough to get into rooms as hotel had been booked out to the hillbilly annual festival ending.
My issue isn't with that stay but it is an incident that happened in Oct last.
Wasn't staying at hotel this time (was staying in Arcos de Montemar) but went into pool area mid morning with the intention of a bite to eat and a short rest on lounger. As I felt a relaxed atmosphere in previous stay I seen no harm in it as I was going to spend money there. However an over zealous pool man came over to where i was relaxing and spoke on Spanish in no uncertain terms that I wasn't welcome and escorted me off site. I was deeply offended by this as I am a perfect well dressed respectable lady in my 60s doing no harm and was intending spending money for lunch . This man was about early 30s dark. He is no asset to your hotel with dealing with the public.
Just returned from a three week stay over xmas and new year - my first visit to this hotel since 2018.
Although I was travelling solo, I was allocated a large room with a double bed, a smart TV with loads of English channels, excellent air coditioning, high speed (free) WiFi, and even a comfortable chair.
The balcony was on the shady side of the building, but this was not a problem – because of the mostly terrible wather during my visit, I only used it as a smoking area...
The room, and indeed the whole hotel, was kept immaculately clean and tidy - the place seems a lot brighter and more welcoming than the last time I was there. The rooftop terrace is impressive - unfortunately I couldn't spend much time up there because of the cold wind and rain most days.
The food was acceptable, and I could always find something to eat - not exactly Cordon Bleu standard, but considering that the difference in price between room only and half board was only 12 euros a day, I couldn't complain.
I found all the staff, especially the maids, to be really friendly and efficient.
I think the hotel offers excellent value for money - comfortable rooms, decent food, and excellent staff.
I have already booked a return visit for April this year – hopefully the weather will be better and I can make better use of the balcony and the rooftop bar...
i have two booking both ten days pool and sea views my first booking ends today was3vtill 13 Jan my second 13 to 23 Feb wat a lovely place and my views from room top class on 8vfloor with pool and sea views special mention to the lady at breakfast that takes Ur room number always got a nice smile on her face a credit to the hotel sorry my second booing 13 to 23 January not Feb all in all fantastic
Going there at end of March on very good recommendation from our friends that stayed there last June , they couldn't recommend it enough for us can't wait for our holiday
Must tip otherwise staff aggressive , not professional, booked one of their tours but there was no seat available for us on the bus again not professional, location good , food mixed and cold
This hotel is totally not wheelchair friendly .steep stairs into the bar.no lift so had to be taken down using the dirty little lift that the cleaners use.into the dirty untidy cellar
where all unused is stored.we have taken videos to let people see how disgusting it was.stairs into the dining room had a small lift that wasn't used as it was used to store things on.we were directed out of the hotel to the back of the dining hall to the disabled entrance which was locked and the door handle had been removed .We had to stand out in the rain while trying to get someone to notice us to tell the staff could unlock the door..same everytime we went to dine.the pool bar was closed so couldn't get any drinks. The bedroom was a nice size but the bathroom was unsuitable for our disabled daughter who it blind .the space from the door to the toilet was small and she kept banging her hip on the sink when we tried to get her to the toilet.theroom itself was clean and comfortable. The balcony wasn't used because it was in the shade all day do didn't sit out .also the view was of a hotel over the road .the so called view of the sea could only be seen if you leaned over the balcony. What a joke.the food was a disappointment not very varied and not hot enough .and not topped up straight away. The site of the hotel was perfect and the hotel grounds were lovely. Plenty of seats and sun loungers
Had to pay 70 euros to upgrade room to see front room no kettle in room.Breakfast always cold had to use microwave staff were not interested.hotel room very good will never go back if I didn't take a kettle and book a see room view .do not go half board food was dreadful
From the moment we got there the service was first class ,the staff were super helpful, the hotel was very clean ,the food was amazing
Great location. Staff super friendly. Room bigger than expected. Hreat value for money. No issues with noise but hearing the sea every morning was refreshing.
Great hotel, location is good plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff friendly and nd the room was kept spotless. Will be back in April 26
We had a lovely time at this hotel and could not find fault with it. The reception staff were good, we reported a light switch that wasn't working. Within 5 minutes an electrician was in our room fixing it. The room maid did a great job every day and she was lovely. We particularly liked the Mediterranean style food, several varieties of fish every night and lovely vegetables. Cheeses were great. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall for the money we paid it was great value. We will definitely be going back to this hotel again.
All newly renovated to a good standard and
The rooftop bar has been a great addition as it's fabulous for a drink and to look at the beautiful view. Breakfast is good plenty of choice, rooms are small but spotless clean and pool view side has a great view right on the beachfront
The Hotel is in a great location, the Staff were very polite and helpful and the food was great,we couldn’t fault it.This was our second visit and we will probably go back again ps.Visit the Roof Top Bar
Great location- right next to the beach! Really good sized family room (601) with pool & sea view. On check in the staff explained we had a “free room upgrade” which included double bed, x2 single beds and a travel cot for our baby. Also a full sized fridge, air con, hairdryer, very clean hotel with friendly staff. Quiet hallways, nice atmosphere while dining at breakfast, we only dined twice due to wanting to venture out. Food at the pool restaurant was lovely, decent sized burger and good value for money. Rooftop bar is more expensive than other bars but worth it for a drink with an outstanding view. We requested to keep our room on due to evening flight home and were able to for €50. Overall good value for money and we would return!

Cannot fault this hotel one bit from the exceptional staff who just make everything so much easier to the entertainment which was excellent.
We were blessed with the weather on this occasion and barely left the pool. The food in the poolside bar is perfect and my extremely fussy kids found their new favourites.
The rooms are kept spotless and the full size fridge in the room is just beyond handy especially when traveling with children. Our room was a "standard" but was huge and so comfortable.
Genuinely couldn't fault this hotel at all. Planning a return visit with friends next year already. Cannot wait.
Brilliant location, great poolside atmosphere and lovely view from room but we were half board and would not do evening meal again as disappointing some nights and loads of restaurants nearby. Rooftop bar was well worth a visit !
Just called in for a drink on the rooftop bar.Drinks overcharged for half glasses Reportedl large hair in drink but were not interested
Amazing hotel, can't fault it, location, food, entertainment and staff, hotel was spotless, rooms cleaned daily and around the pool was immaculate, looking forward to going back
