Location was good.
Room was hot and the bed wasn’t great.
PROS: the hotel was clean, location is superb, walking distance from stores, all the staff are very friendly
CONS: i hope they have bigger size body lotion. 2 out of 6 pillows in our room (508) was bumpy - i think they put them in the washer, please take them out of the rotation. the toiletry holders on the shower needs cleaning - there are brown films on the nooks and crannies.

The location.
Was not aware the pool would be closed and we chose this hotel for that reason.
Our room was smelly. Carpets felt gross.
Toilet clogged the night we arrived after 1 use. Night staff had no idea where a plunger was. Staff dropped off the plunger around 9am after my husband had to go down and ask for someone to fix the toilet. He still had to unplug it himself as they did not even attempt to.
Cleaning staff were banging on adjacent room 209 i think on the walls before 830am...very rude way to wake up.
Breakfast was very disappointing and lacked options.
Your breakfast lady was pushy, never said good morning or excuse me..just pushed past myself and others and my 3yo toddler. Disgusting.
If you are going to do work on your pool update the website!!!! I would have picked a different hotel.
The pool was clean and clear. The breakfast was well stocked, except for the bananas.lol. The room was nice and clean.
You can hear the people above you room walking around, for a light sleeper that could cause a problem.
I don't like that. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and that the door was also peeling on the inside of the bathroom. I think you should put a fan in the bathroom to keep it from f******upì

The kids went to swim but they said water tasted like salt ,,so they came out .
