I would not recommend this hotel as an option if you are expecting for management to be responsive.

Location, cleanliness and cost.

Cons:

Poor Management handling of events. No hot running water with poor coimmunication of the incident that impacted the flow of hot water. Poor parking availability and control. For such a large hotel, only 14 parking spots at the hotel to which three you have to hand off your keys to someone so they can move your vehicle to let other vehicles out.

Pros:

Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Très bien situé au centre historique de GDL. Chambre très propre lit confortable rien de luxueux mais agréable.De l’eau nous ai fournit à chaque jour. Reception ouverte 24/24 sécuritaire personnel avenant. Je recommande.

Cons:

Il serait bien d’avoir des verres pour boire et un accès plus facile à de la glace.
