En general el hotel es un buen sitio

Cons:

El personal está muy enojado todo el tiempo, no todos, hay sus excepciones, sin embargo si están enojadas la mayor parte del tiempo

it was an amazing stay!!!
Pros:

I love this hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. I will diffidently recommend and stay there again.

Cons:

I only wish the pillows were softer, they were very hard and high. I did have to request an Iron, and they ask to leave an ID as a deposit. All hotels I go to they do have an Iron, but this one didn't.

Good but with parking inconvenience.
Cons:

The parking is a complete unorganized have to wait long time and drive on the streets to long 6 blocks around .

Pros:

Cet hôtel est très bien situé près du métro et des navettes d’aéroport dans le Centro historico .J’y ai fait 3 séjours chaque fois agréable. Personnel serviable amical. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel moderne et très propre. Je recommande. L’accueil est ouvert 24/24 très sécuritaire.

Cons:

Rien j’y ai trouvé mon compte à chaque visite.

Un buen sitio para quedarse en el centro de GDL
Pros:

Desde el inicio una buena impresion, la habitacion sencilla, limpia, comoda y con buenas vistas, fueron gentiles en permitirme entrar antes al hotel.

Cons:

No puedo decir nada al respecto.
