Puerta de la bañera deteriorada, no abría ni cerraba bien, reserve habitación de 1 cama extra grande y me dieron una de 2 camas separadas tamaño matrimonial y me tocó ver bichos y animales (cucarachas y una especie de lagartija)

Het is een goedkoop hotel en dat merk je helaas in de kwaliteit.
Pros:

De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was goed en het personeel heeft ons goed ondersteund tijdens de lockdown na de actie op El Mencho, dank daarvoor!

Cons:

De gym is enorm beperkt, zonder überhaupt gewichten, alleen een loopband en fiets. Wij hebben dus ergens anders gesport, terwijl we verwacht hadden hier te kunnen sporten. De dry-cleaning service is geen dry-cleaning service, dit is alleen een wasserette. Dit was een van de redenen voor ons om het hotel uit te zoeken, maar we hebben dus extra kosten moeten maken om onze spullen ergens anders te laten stomen. De schoonmaaksters waren aardig, maar de kamers waren niet schoon. Toen we binnenkwamen lag er op veel horizontale oppervlakken stof en na het schoonmaken lagen er op veel plekken nog zand en haren. Verder is er bijna geen kastruimte voor je kleding, wat inhield dat we anderhalve week uit onze koffer hebben geleefd. Ja, het is goedkoop, maar ik had meer verwacht van een 4 sterren hotel.

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel y lo seguiré haciendo en visitas próximas, el personal muy amable desde la recepcion, camareras, todo! Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas, esta última vez me toco una vista que no olvidaré, la ubicacion excelente, la señal de Internet muy buena, en si me gustó todo

Seguido vamos porque las habitaciones son limpias, está en el mero centro... nos ha tocado en dos ocasiones con vista a la Catedral y ha habido juego de luces que ha sido hermoso, muy recomendable.

Cons:

Teníamos reservada una habitación de días antes de nuestra llegada y no nos la daban, mi mamá que al final decidió ir con nosotros reservó una habitación en ese momento la cual se la dieron súper pronto, como a las 2:40 pm y la de nosotros no nos la daban que porque no estaba lista siendo pasadas las 3:30 pm... estábamos estresados porque tenemos niños chiquitos, íbamos cansados, asoleados y el de recepción fue cortante, de una manera grosera nos decía que nos teníamos que esperar
