Tout était parfait!
À 2 pas de la gare de Lyon mais quartier calme, très bon accueil, très propre, literie très confortable. Rien à redire, j’y retournerai les yeux fermés

Friendly staff and pleasant hotel in French street close to Lyon station. Good price.
Pros:

Friendly receptionist, very central to Bastille. Lovely area, felt local. Easy walking distance to Lyon station and plenty of restaurants in the area.

Close to the train station; tastefully decorated especially the breakfast room; wonderful choice for breakfast; literature available everywhere; hot drinks offered; real milk pods and cups on the courtesy tray; fluffy absorbent towels; lovely being able to sip coffee on the small balcony and feel like "real Parisians" for one day!

Cons:

The room is fairly "compact" and I kept banging my shoulder on the wall mounted cabinets by the bed (ouch!); for a short person like me, it was difficult to get in and out of the bathtub; couldn't see in the bathroom mirror but there was a full length mirror in the room...
