Excellent location, easy access to Metro and RER, great value, friendly staff. Convenient and safe.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Very close to Gare de Lyon and to main Metro stations. The surroundings are also good. The street was not noisy at night. The hotel has an elevator. The breakfast area is very nice and the selection of items is excellent. Good value. Centrally located. Very nice staff. Feels safe.

Cons:

The carpet could use some cleaning. The room had a kettle for coffee or tea. There was instant coffee and tea available n the room but only on the first day out of a total of three nights that I stayed, so I could not take advantage of having coffee in the morning in my room except for the first day.

Personnel très aimable. Chambre petite mais confortable. On peut s'installer dans la salle du petit-déjeuner tout au long de la journée si l'on souhaite boire un café ou faire un jeu par exemple, si l'on veut disposer d'un peu plus de place.

Cons:

Le tapis tendu au sol de la chambre (pas très hygiénique) tâché.

Pros:

L’emplacement était bien pour nous car ne souhaitions être proche du marais et la ligne 1 nous amènes rapidement dans Paris centre.
Chambre petite mais confortable.

Cons:

On entend un peu ce qui se passe dans le couloir et il faisait assez chaud dans la chambre, malgré le radiateur éteint.
