Chambre confortable donnant sur la cour, très calme, petit déjeuner parfait et personnel agréable et souriant. Très bon séjour

Confirmation stated fridge, no fridge in the room. Water from the shower flows out of the shower spending an extra 19 minute to clean. No cutlery, no box of tissue. Pokies room. Good pillows & towels. Too expensive. Reception staff were kind. Won't come here again.

la chambre etait bien qqs bemols cependant. les coffres dans les chambres ne sont pas operationnels et ils n'ont pas de piles pour les faire fonctionner. Le telephone de la chambre ne fonctionne pas et d'apres receptionniste qqs chambres ont ce probleme. l'insonorisation des chambres est tres mediocre. le thermostat des chauffages n'est pas operationnel j'ai dormi dans une chambre surchauffée... ceci dit c'est facile d'ouvrir la fenetre mais ce n'est pas tres eco responsable. l'accueil etait tres sympa et la chmbre avec grand balcon etait tres appreciable. l'hotel devrait rendre ses coffres operationnels et resoudre ces minis hics pour le reste c'etait tres bien.

Lovely area with local restaurants and bars but not noisy. Hotel room was fine but cramps despite purchasing a ‘comfort’ room. Shower door was broken but usable.

Nicely decorated and comfortable room. Short walking distance to the metro.

Zona bellissima, piena di locali dove mangiare e comoda ai mezzi di trasporto.

Personnel agréable et accueillant. Chambre bien équipée et propre. Petit déjeuner complet et de qualité (viennoiseries, madeleine, choix fromages, yaourts...)

Literie convenable, chambre propre, en revanche salle de bain pas adaptée pour personne valide. Et bac à douche en très mauvais état ( carreau mosaïque absent). Petit déjeuner au top.

Property was well located but it's quite out of date needs an update.

Room was very small, difficult to open 2 large suitcases together. Hotel is close to Orly airport. It's a little far from the city Centre but can be reached there in public transport. The street is pretty lively. Hotel doesn't have too many veg options.

Staff was nice, location was fabulous! Everything was close by and with in walking distance. Only issue shower had a couple of spots that were flaking and needed to be repaired and repainted on the wall

Cet hôtel est bien place et le lit est comfortable. Mais le personnel à l'arrivée n'est pas au courant des réservations et des payments. On doit toujours justifier que la chambre est prépayée.

Great place in great neighborhood

Service is excellent

The Butte aux Cailles is one of my favourite areas to stay in Paris. The Auguste Blanqui market on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday is a great shopping experience. My typical day starts with croissants from Merci Jerome with Happy Hour at La Folie en Tete around the corner. The Auberge de la Butte serves great French food and the Soyouz bar cafe has great pizza. Room size typical for Paris but shower had power! Clean and comfortable, Merci Saint Charles

Hôtel agréable, bien placé. Mais un peu de manque au niveau coordination du personnel.

Staff is wonderful. Neighborhood is charming with lots of cafes and restaurants. Walkable to many areas around the city.

This is an excellent hotel, especially if you want to be in the 13th arrondissement near the Gobelins, Musee des Plantes, the lovely community fresh water swimming pool and Place Italie. The 13th arrondissement is the hip place to stay, very young vibe on the Left Bank.

My husband and I stayed in a single room on the fourth floor that had a great mattress. My husband is 71 yrs, with a quirky back, 6ft 5, 275 lbs and always had a great night sleep. Plus he was thrilled with the elevator and the superb breakfast. The staff was lovely and all the conveniences (toiletries, hair dryer, etc) were included.

I am returning to France in May to pick up medications (much cheaper that in the US) and to visit the Canal du Midi and the Riviera. We'll be in Paris for a couple days, and Hotel St. Charles is our "to stay" place.

Stayed in hotel in Jan 24, with my 8 female family members. It's is very clean, well decorated and in the lovely area of Butte Aux Calles.. The price was very good. Rooms a bit small but well laid out and probably bigger than most rooms in Paris. It's about 25/30 mins to Eifel tower but Metro is just 5 mins walk. There are lovely little bakeries, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.
