śniadania jak najbardziej w porządku , a kolacje bardzo efektowne i smaczne. hotel nie jest w centrum, więc jest cicho w nocy, no i świetne widoki na otaczające góry. Pros:

The room was great with a view of the mountains from the balcony. Breakfast and dinner were also excellent. Good ski room and easy transport to/from the slopes via the hotel van. Wifi was good.

Meraviglioso finesettimana
Pros:

Albergo eccezionale, immerso nei prati alpini con vista meravigliosa sulle Dolomiti. Posizione un po' defilata rispetto al paese, ma questo lo considero un punto a favore. Colazione abbondante e cene sempre ricche e squisite. La camera era molto grande e confortevole. Punti bonus per la presenza di cuscini aggiuntivi. Ampia scelta di esperienze nell'area relax, incluso un idromassaggio esterno con vista montagne. Personale molto cortese e amichevole. Torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto dover pagare per le bottiglie d'acqua aggiuntive richieste a cena. Peraltro, credo che l'acqua fosse del rubinetto, per quanto filtrata.

Cons:

Der Verkehr, teilweise wird das recht laut. Allerdings ist es dann in der Nacht sehr still.

Das WLAN ist leider wirklich schlecht: Im Haupthaus zwar Empfang, häufig aber nur langsam, im Zimmer in der Regel gar kein WLAN verfügbar. Das hat wirklich gestört.
Die weiteren Punkte sind eher kleinere Mankos.
Beim Buffet (Abendmenü) könnte die große Auswahl beschriftet werden (insbesondere für Vegetarier sinnvoll), aber auf Nachfrage wurde alles mündlich erklärt (kleine Merkaufgabe, weil wirklich viel Angebot).
Es lässt sich ein Herausspritzen des Wassers aus der Walk-in Dusche leider nicht vermeiden - sah man auch am Türrahmen zur Toilette (der ist wohl häufiger feucht)
Unser Zimmer war insgesamt zwar eigentlich schön, aber tatsächlich an vielen Stellen schon etwas „durch“ (bspw. verhältnismäßig viele Macken und Flecken an den Wänden, zusammengewürfelte Handtücher) - bei der Klasse und dem damit verbundenen Anspruch des Hotels etwas schade.
Außenscheinwerfer für die Tischtennisplatte leuchtet die ganze Nacht (auch ins Zimmer) - nur für das Schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht ganz leicht, sonst durch dichte Vorhänge kein Problem.

Pros:

Excellent location with beautiful exterior design and stunning views. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel is exceptionally clean.

Cons:

The bar owner was quite rude and impolite, even gossiping about us nearby, assuming we didn’t understand the language. That said, the rest of the team and the other owners were very kind and welcoming. The spa, however, could use some improvements, and its limited schedule (16:00–19:00) isn’t very convenient.
