Cons:

Ich reise sehr häufig und habe bereits in vielen Hotels in Deutschland und im Ausland übernachtet. Deshalb schreibe ich diese Bewertung sachlich und fair.
Das erste Zimmer, das wir erhalten haben, war leider in keinem guten Zustand. Es gab Staub und Spinnweben in den Ecken, ein totes Insekt auf dem Boden sowie ein weiteres Insekt im Zimmer. Außerdem funktionierte die Lüftung im Badezimmer nicht.
Als ich dies an der Rezeption angesprochen habe, erhielt ich zunächst eine wenig überzeugende Erklärung. Nachdem ich die Fotos gezeigt hatte, wurde uns jedoch ohne Diskussion ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, das sich in einem deutlich besseren Zustand befand.
Dafür möchte ich mich bedanken. Trotzdem sollte die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und die technische Kontrolle vor der Anreise der Gäste deutlich verbessert werden. Ich hoffe, dass meine Bewertung dazu beiträgt, die Qualität des Hotels weiter zu verbessern.

Übernachtungspreis doppelt berechnet
Cons:

Übernachtungspreis bei Checkout erneut berechnet, obwohl schon von booking.com com auf Kreditkarte abgebucht. Rezeption bei Check-out nicht besetzt. Hotelmitarbeiterin händigte Zimmerkarte aus ohne vierstellige Zahl zu nennen, die für Öffnen der Hoteleingangstür nötig ist. Keine Barzahlung an Rezeption möglich. Mit Klöspülung im Zimmer stimmte etwas nicht.

The location is really nice. And it’s different from the other hotels as of decoration. There where pies in the afternoon.

Cons:

The rooms where really hot. In the bathroom there wasn’t soap to wash the hands and the pillows where so old they fell apart. The room was very dusty.

Dieses Mal war das Frühstücksangebot etwas dürfiger als vor einem Jahr.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt würde ich dieses Hotel immer empfehlen.

Cons:

Extrem nervig war das automatisierte Einchecken - kein Personal - Man hatte zwar zunächst die Zimmerkarte, ein Code für die Eingangstür war nicht erkenntlich. Das bereitet nach anstrengender Anfahrt zusätzlichen Stress - inakzeptabel!
