Pros:

Très bon petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Nous avions fait la demande pour 2 lits séparés, notre demande a été prise en compte par l’hôtel mais à notre arrivée on nous a dit : »vous êtes arrivés en dernier (17h30) donc tant pis, nous avons donné la chambre à quelqu’un d’autre !! »
Chambre petite.
Pas de quoi accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain.

Trotz einiger kleiner Probleme, die behoben wurden, kommen wir wieder.
Pros:

Wunderbares Frühstück im Hotel Nelson. Sehr gutes Abendessen im Hotel Nelson. Sehr freundliches Personal im Restaurant. Das Personal ist schon jahrelang im Hotel Nelson und immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Badezimmer ist sehr schön im Hotel AlbertPlage, leider fehlen aber Haken um die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Es gibt zwar 2 Haken auf der Tür, da hatten wir unsere Kosmetiktaschen aufgehängt. Man könnte sehr gut noch einige Haken neben der Toilette an der Wand anbringen.

Cons:

Bereits am ersten Tag hatten wir Probleme mit der Dusche. Der Duschknopf ist abgefallen und wir hatten kein Wasser mehr. Das war sehr ärgerlich, da ich unter der Dusche stand und voller Seife war. Erst nach dreimaliger Reklamation wurde das Problem direkt am selben Tage behoben.
Die Betten sind äußerst schmal, und die Matratzen liegen lediglich auf einer einfachen Unterlage. Dadurch verrutschen sie leicht und ragen teilweise über den Bettrahmen hinaus.
Leider funktionnierte auch der Fernseher nicht, das bemerkten wir aber erst am 3. Tag, weil wir vorher kein Fernsehen geschaut haben. Man konnte 15 Minuten schauen, dann war jeder Sender kodiert. Man hat uns versichert, dass das Problem behoben werden würde, aber da es unsere letzte Nacht im Hotel war konnten wir nicht überprüfen ob das Problem behoben wurde.

Très bien situé, très propre et petit déjeuner très complet.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé. Le petit déjeuner est superbe, très complet.

Cons:

Nous logions dans l’hôtel Albert Plage qui fait partie de l’hôtel Nelson où se trouve la réception et le restaurant. Notre chambre n’était pas très grande.

Location, good breakfast of Nelson hotel, the room looks tidy overall and the bathroom is new as well.

Cons:

Noisy street at night in the summer, beds are not super comfy, okeish, mold smell in the rooms and towels feel unfresh although washed. No tea of coffee set, a bit too basic for the asked price.

Séjour agréable dans l ensemble malgré les quelques critiques énumérées .
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner à l hôtel NELSON était très appréciable,le personnel accueillant .La chambre confortable mais le matelas un peu trop mou à mon goût.La fenêtre qui donne sur la cour å l arrière un peu triste.La salle de bain très bien et la propreté impeccable.

Cons:

À l entrée du fait qu il n y a pas de réception,ça manque d accueil.Un petit sentiment d insecuritėcar personne de proche á appeler si besoin.Peut être laisser dans les chambres les numéros de téléphone des personnes à contacter si besoin.
