This location is great for a relaxing get away, very pet friendly and a great place to chill out. The restaurant menu was great and service inside was great.
Outside was an amazing deck but this is not waitress service you have to order at a single hatch which can be stressful for the team involved and not always a great reception because of this.
Perfekt lokasjon. Hyggelig personale. Omgivelser og vibe var spot on. Baren var fabelaktig.
Litt travelt med mye folk til tider. Skulle gjerne hatt en restaurant som ikke var «familie og hunder» inkludert.
The location, excellent staff and great food.
Breakfast was excellent
Location - good, but you need to walk to Salcombe which is approx 20 to 30 mins. Not a problem for us, however not ideal if you wanted to visit Salcombe in the evening.
Not having transport back from Salcombe in the evenings.
everything .... location, delightful staff, great food .. special shout out to Johnny the driver who collected us when got stuck in Salcombe ....
We stayed here before in a first floor room which was also excellent.
Only issue. No Aircon and stifling temps on the 2nd floor. They did provide 2 fans but the temps on the 2nd floor were very uncomfortable.
2nd floor rooms also appear smaller because of the roof eves. I would choose a first floor room in future.
Someone also damaged my car in the car park grazing the front wing without leaving a note. fortunately it's a few local scratches and no dents which I have patched up.
Lovely location, fabulous decor, food excellent, comfy beds
Room 4 privacy issues, needs frosting on the lower half of the windows as we had to keep curtains closed most of time. Thought the waiting staff in restaurant we friendly but a bit chaotic - service wasn’t that good, waited ages for breakfast order to be taken each day.
Good position with views to the estuary. Good parking facilities. Breakfast good, but failure to top up fruit of melon, pineapple etc when bowls were empty. Friendly and efficient service.
Our bedroom, no 18, was too cramped for a 3 night stay. For a double bedroom, only one chair for relaxation was plainly inadequate . Ditto hanging and drawer space and a clear detailed itemised final bill of items spent should have been provided. The items in our final account were indecipherable

Location was fabulous. Hotel modern clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as was all menus.

Lovely room with good sea view and loved the view from the dining room. On the whole the staff were friendly and helpful except the gentleman in the restaurant who was not particularity helpful when we asked for some sugar.
No sugar available at breakfast. We asked what do people do when they want to have sugar on their cornflakes and the staff member simply said 'they cant'!
