Depressing
Pros:

Good location, lovely welcoming staff

Cons:

The bedroom window was stuck open, so it was noisy& smelly from traffic fumes. Air conditioning noisy and clunky. Beds were old fashioned and moved when partner moved. There was no shower door, so water went everywhere as it was obviously meant to have one. The shower rose kept collapsing down. The cushions on the couch were old, and threads loose. Cheap & nasty. The room was so depressing and out of date that, despite being tired from a busy week, we had to escape outside. Sorry, but it's ready for a makeover.

Stay for AO
Pros:

We had a 2 bed apartment, for the AO, was very clean and a good size. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were nice and short walk to train/bus station, (trams outside apartment) metro supermarkets close by as well as cafe's for breakfast and lunch. city centre only a 10 min walk. Staff were friendly and accommodating in reception. Would stay there again.

Very central but noisy, bring your earplugs!

Location was close to everything.
Good shower.

Cons:

Was very noisy. Tram stop right outside. We arrived at 12.30 am, took a long time for someone to open up and checkin. Was in room 702 first for two nights, very noisy, Was moved to 1006, was a little better. Upgraded by William who was happy to sort the problem. Still noisy but not as bad.
Room 702, microwave covering stovetop, Fan needs a clean.
Room 1006, sofa needs replacing, very uncomfortable. Cooking facilities needed an upgrade, especially pots and pans. Kettle was from Temu, 85 cents! No housekeeping on weekend, wasn’t told. No teabags. Then forgot to replenish milk for tea. The rooms definitely need some colour, no ambience at all.

FANTASTIC Home Away From Home!!!
Pros:

This bright and spacious apartment truly felt like a home away from home, with modern finishes and plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. An absolutely perfect location, with a tram stop literally across the street, and walking distance to the train station and many services and attractions. VERY friendly and helpful staff made this stay absolutely PERFECT!

Easy and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great experience staying here, good value and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Room was clean and had thoughtful inclusions. Will definitely come back!

It was pretty basic for the high price to stay with no extra amenities also very noisy from outside at all
