Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Went out if their way to help. Thankyou so.much.

Cons:

Couches too low & didn't feel clean. Power surged we had to find fuse box & re state power. Think it may have been the kettle .

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Great apartment, excellent location. Highly recommended. Whenever possible I will always stay at Quest, I find them convenient, modern and excellent value

Disappointed
Cons:

It was cold but also stuffy at times. Couldn’t use balcony. Room was very disappointing, old and run down, not inline with photos. No heater in bathroom and fan hopeless. Fridge very annoying every time you open it.

Adequate for one night
Pros:

The property while located in a good spot had some problems.

Cons:

The aircon did not work adequately and there was mould on the roof of the bathroom due to no ventilation.

Depressing
Pros:

Good location, lovely welcoming staff

Cons:

The bedroom window was stuck open, so it was noisy& smelly from traffic fumes. Air conditioning noisy and clunky. Beds were old fashioned and moved when partner moved. There was no shower door, so water went everywhere as it was obviously meant to have one. The shower rose kept collapsing down. The cushions on the couch were old, and threads loose. Cheap & nasty. The room was so depressing and out of date that, despite being tired from a busy week, we had to escape outside. Sorry, but it's ready for a makeover.
