Duży, obszerny pokoj

Cons:

Hałas (w hotelu trwał jakiś remont, odgłosy kucia i wiercenia niosąc się po całym piętrze);
Przez 3 dni nikt nie pofatygował się żeby wymienić ręczniki czy też wynieść smieci/posprzatac, dolozyc/Uzupełnić herbatę itp;
Drzwi i ściany cienkie przez co słychać wszystkie odgłosy z korytarza i sąsiednich pokoi;
Brak sali zabaw dla dzieci mimo zdjęć takowej;
Brak konsekwencji w ofercie śniadaniowej (raz większy wybór, raz mniejszy);
Hotel zapewne lata świetności ma już za sobą - łazienka nadgryziona zębem czasu.

Suszarka do włosów do wymiany może wysuszy włosy 5latka. Czysto ale łazienka wymaga remontu, była super może 10 lat temu.
Panie na recepcji mało sympatyczne, o wszystko trzeba pytać i wyciągać z obsługi nic od siebie.

Pokój i łazienka czyste i ładnie urządzone. Podstawowe wyposażenie wystarczające na krótki pobyt. Ciekawą opcją jest minibarek z napojami i przekąskami.

Cons:

W pokoju bardzo zimno, ogrzewanie wyłączone całkowicie na przełomie grudnia i stycznia. Niestety nie udało się nagrzać pokoju po przyjeździe. Przyjechaliśmy w Sylwestra około godziny 15.00 i niestety nie mieliśmy gdzie zjeść. Rozumiemy, że restauracja hotelowa przygotowywała się do balu, jednak hotel nie powinien zostawiać swoich gości bez możliwości zjedzenia posiłku. Szczególnie, że tego dnia wszystko zostaje zamknięte szybciej niż zwykle. Sytuacja była dla nas mocno problematyczna.
