Worst experience ever!
Pros:

Worst experience ever! When I got there (two days after booking and getting a confirmation, I got told that the booking is not showing and that the had no rooms left!

Cons:

Got sent to a different more expensive hotel, because no rooms left.

الفندق جيد من كل النواحي صراحة لو لا الخلل التقني الي صار معي بنظام الحجز

الموقع بالنسبة لي ممتاز،قريب من الروشة والحمرا بنفس الوقت

Cons:

ازعجني جدا حدوث خلل بالحجز،وصلتني رسالة تأكيد الحجز ل3ايام لكن عند الوصول اخبرني موظف الاستقبال بحدوث خلل تقني بالتطبيق ،يعني الفندق وقف الحجوزات لكن التطبيق استمر يحجز وبالتالي لاتتوفر غرف،موقف صعب جدا على اقل تقدير حيترتب عليه ضياع وقت،بعدين سلموني غرفه ليوم واحد فقط.

I booked a room, my booking was confirmed. But after arriving at the hotel from the airport I was informed that the hotel is full bed and no room available!!! whos mistake is this ??..why didn't they inform booking about the situation??is it fair to go and look for another hotel after travelling long hours?
