Fire alarm was off for no reason on 2 o’clock in the morning. Then 2 hours later, the alarm was off again.

Great spot very quiet couldn’t hear the rooms either side or even the lift and our room was directly across from the lif
Pros:

Amazing location, amazing food. John was a great help with my gf son. He remembered and made sure everything was just right for him.

Cons:

Bathroom needs some extra attention as there is mould in the shower cubicle. Beds were a little hard for my liking.

the location is good but the price was never going to be worth the stay at a tired old building that uses bleach to ckean to civer the mould smells.

i shpuld have paid less to stay further away and got an uber.

Pros:

Location; comfortable atmosphere; always welcoming.

Cons:

Only one little thing - the Yellow Lift needs a sign or two because the different floor buttons are in two different parts within the lift; I missed that and wasted staff and my time asking. Another guest was also confused.

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

The property had a pool to cool off. The restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch and dinner. Rooms were large and air conditioned. Location was great as you could walk around the city with ease. And catch ferry’s or trains if needed.

Cons:

The fridge leaked water. And the bedside lamps were plugged in behind the bed and when the bed rested on the wall, the bed would press the switch and turn off the bedside reading lamps.

Nothing special, nice staff bad hotel

Staff were relatively friendly, they gave me a drink voucher on arrival

Cons:

Breakfast was bland, the bathroom was awful and small, the building was very old and run down, there were shady people walking off the street through the courtyard (not a secure hotel), they didn’t have an extra safety latch on the inside of the door, the pool is very basic and trashy, the wifi and tvcast didn’t work, I was charged almost 600 dollars for one night and it didn’t even have toiletries other than shampoo conditioner and soap.

Cons:

Bit noisy from outside hallway when people passing our room , bathroom is flooded while using shower since surface is flat to run d water to drainage, not design properly to drain d water while showering !

Bathroom and kitchen are need attention. Bathroom grout in shower needs replacing as it is stained and old. Kitchen area needs new laminate around hotplates.
