Facilities a bit outdated, but they were starting painting the day we left - so that’s wonderful too!

Old and tired.
The furniture in the room was “second hand”. The bath/shower was tiny and dangerous for older people. Bathroom extractor didn’t work. Dust everywhere. Get new cleaners.
Location was just what i was looking for the room was tidy but the bed was just a little uncomfortable for my liking the crew on site were very friendly and very helpfull
The location was very good. It was close to the river and it was an easy 20min walk to Queens Street Mall. There is underground parking and a cheap restaurant on the premises. The room was clean and has everything you need for a short stay.

The bed was soft and comfortable,staff were nice and helpful. Good communication from staff as I had to check in after hours as reception was shut by 9 pm.
The soundproofing is bad ,can hear noises in hall next room. Was woken up early by other guests and bin truck. Vending machine needs fixing as said can buy water at reception but reception is shut by 9 pm. Room had most things but could do with a refresh, found other accommodation for same price that was much nicer.

I wrote to remind the hotel that we will be using the fold out couch in the lounge. They didn’t make it up or leave bedding. When we asked they said they had run out of blankets and handed us sheets.
