It was a pleasant stay for the one night I was there and I would stay there again
Pros:

How easy it was from checking in to getting to the room,
Montagues restaurant breakfast was amazing definitely worth the price

Cons:

The room entry door lock on room 7 was a bit untrustworthy and I felt the pillows were a bit too bulky,
The tea and coffee supples seemed a bit stale

Pros:

It was great to everything for walking distance,the Staff were out on there own. The meals were absolutely Beautiful Yum 😋. ( Shout out for Chef who every it was ) We will definitely be back.no

Cons:

I had an elder lady with me she was flat out trying to get into the shower 🚿 with the bath tub.

Great Staff & Great Restaurant
Pros:

All the staff were friendly, eager to help and knowledgeable. The food and value at Montagues was exceptional - especially the dinner specials (we had fish & chips and the seafood basket many times). The location was great for the Museums, Art Galleries and Southbank Lagoons.

Cons:

The daily room servicing wasn't very good - on our 3 day stay the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all - sometimes the waste bin was emptied and once our tea cups were washed. We never felt that the room was spotlessly clean.

TV did not work and neither did the air con - it was a very hot night and not being able to sleep in comfort was a major letdown for us.

Everything all good apart from no city view when advertised on Booking.com.
Pros:

staff were helpful and friendly and room serviced and clean

Cons:

No city view as mentioned on Booking.com. Should have been cheaper on that side of hotel
Part of South Bank where it's very quiet and cannot find much after 10pm on a week night

Comfortable, convenient and great value.
Pros:

The location was very handy to all restaurants snd venues, comfortable and free undercover parking. Friendly , helpful staff.

Cons:

Ground floor with no view, but the weather was miserable so it didnt matter.
