В ресторане попалась не очень приветливая официантка, приборы были грязные, но возможно, это случайность…
Очень шумный тренер в фитнес зале на групповом занятие, очень было слышно.

Había contratado una habitación con balcón y el balcón no existía. Me dijeron que era culpa de booking, no me dieron ninguna opción de cambio ni ninguna explicación, les dio igual.
Instalaciones obsoletas, colchones precarios y todo con muy mal aspecto.

Gosto muito de Viana, é sempre bom voltar.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Salva-se também a simpatia das pessoas que lá trabalham.

Cons:

O hotel já teve melhores dias, muitas alcatifas que já não são opção, sobretudo no sul da Europa, ainda por cima alcatifas rotas e sujas. Mesmo os quartos, felizmente sem alcatifas, terão que ser arranjados

Pros:

From the beggining that we enter into this beautiful hotel, everything was perfect! The staff was veryr warm, welcoming, professional, a big "thank you" for the ladies from reception ! The room had a great view of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from our private balcony was the highlight of the trip. The room itself was incredibly clean, spacious, and modern and the beach was just a few steps away. We had an amazing experience and cannot wait to return!
