Magnifique
Pros:

Un séjour exceptionnel, personnel très agréable, le lieu est magnifique, raffiné, calme, toutes les vues des bars et restaurants sont superbes.
Petites attentions, pour notre arrivée, dans la chambre...
Petit déjeuner fabuleux.

Chambre spacieuse. Propreté parfait. Literie très bonne. Qualité repas restaurant très bien. Personnel à la réception très professionnel et particulièrement merci au Monsieur grand lunette jeune je pense 35 40 ans très pro toujours agréable à chaque fois que je viens dans l'établissement.

Cons:

Le service du repas du restaurant du soir j'ai fait monté le repas en chambre mais ça été du début à la fin une catastrophe et cela aurait pu mal finir...room service déplorable et pourtant j'ai l'habitude de fréquenter des grands établissements je n'ai jamais vu ça.
1. J'étais malade je demande donc si l'on peut me monter le sac de médicaments qui était resté dans la bagagerie (pour ne pas m'encombrer en chambre ) la personne qui prend l'appel me répond qu'ils sont pressés, qu'ils n'ont pas que ça à faire, qu'il viendront quand il pourront ...un peu gêné j'ai répondu pas de souci ...même si j'étais très malade et que j'avais besoin de mon médicament, j'ai attendu une heure je m'apprêtais à descendre car je ne tenais plus quand la personne est arrivée avec mon sac l'a déposé dans l'entrée de la chambre.
2. Toujours malade je téléphone pour me faire monter le repas du soir en chambre.
Je tombe sur la même personne très désagréable qui me dit qu'il n'a pas le temps de prendre ma commande qu'il me rappelle, il était débordé. 15 min après il était agacé car j'ai des allergies alimentaires pas de chance ce monsieur n'était pas très sensible et pensais que je faisait des manières. Je lui demande la liste des ingrédients dans une soupe. Il y avait un terme dont je ne connaissais pas il s'agissait de blé or je suis allergique au blé.

Best evening check in Ever

We have to say this is one of the best service we have received in any hotel ever.

Our trains were canceled from Paris to Saint malo, we had to get to SM hence we drove .
It took us a good 4 plus hours and by the time we got to the hotel it was past midnight. We called ahead and let the hotel know of the situation. When we got to the hotel , the most amazing service was rendered. Can’t remember the gentleman name , he had several tattoos and he was amazing . He came out to the car helped us with our luggage and brought us immediately to our room and gave us bottles of water to recharge and told us I will take care of the rest of things , he said I am here all night and if we need anything to call him. This is not just service, this is anticipating and making some feel looked after. He went above and beyond and was just so genuine and authentic. We had a good sleep and the rest of the next two days at this hotel was just amazing . Everyone was well prepared and service was good everywhere, the spa the breakfast and reception . Top notch place. Great for relaxation nd excellent location.
