Hyvä keskustahotelli
Pros:

Aamupala olo perus hyvä, vaikka lämpimät tuotteet olivat kylmiä. Mahan sai täyteen. Hotellissa oli siistiä ja sen yhteydessä erinomainen kreikkalainen ravintola.

Nice stay
Pros:

The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the city's main pedestrian area. Since we were taking daily tours outside Sofia, staying so close to the city center was ideal. Tour companies could easily pick us up from the hotel, and it was also convenient to reach the central meeting points when needed.
The hotel was only a short taxi ride from the airport, making both our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free.
The hotel also offers complimentary luggage storage, which was very convenient since we had an evening flight.
Our room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff were not as friendly or welcoming as we had hoped. There were few smiles, and the communication was often limited to simple answers without much warmth. One exception was a young receptionist who was genuinely kind and helpful — he was the only staff member who made us feel truly welcomed.
The breakfast was just okay. There was nothing particularly special, but there was enough variety to fill yourself up and start the day. One thing to note is that breakfast is served from 8:00 am, which was a little inconvenient for us because we were joining daily tours with early departures. We asked if we could have breakfast about 10 minutes before the official start time, and they kindly allowed us to do so.

הזמנו חדר של 2 מיטות יחיד והמיטות מקובעות ברצפה אי אפשר לחבר בינהן. סתם משהו שכדאי לדעת. ישנו רק לילה 1 אז לא קריטי

Aamiainen oli ok mutta aika suppea ja täysin samanlainen joka aamu. Olisi mielellään saanut olla parempaa leipävalikoimaa.
Huoneen valaistus oli aika huono ja seinien läpi kuului kaikki mitä naapurihuoneessa tehtiin

Pros:

Super Lage, man kann zu Fuß fast alles erreichen. Ruhiges Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und guten Fenstern. Frühstück war auch gut. Wir würden das nächste Mal wieder dieses Hotel buchen!
