Assolutamente consigliato.
Pros:

Hotel vicinissimo al centro ma molto tranquillo, colazione abbondante e varia sia dolce che salata, tutti molto disponibili e cortesi. Completo di tutti i confort necessari. La pulizia delle camere impeccabile. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Cons:

In un ottica green (risparmio di acqua ed energia). Consiglio di non cambiare gli asciugamani tutti i giorni. Per un soggiorno di due o tre notti (o poco più). Consiglierei di mettere nelle camere un piccolo avviso e chiedere ai clienti la frequenza desiderata. Grazie di averci coccolato.

Hotel Niky was perfect for our needs.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Just steps from the shops and cafes on Vitosha Boulevard. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good.

All good would stay again.
Pros:

Close to city sights we wanted to visit, easy to walk to & fro.
Breakfast was adequate & varied choice.
Enjoyed meal at Greek restaurant adjacent.
Bed comfortable & towels refreshed.

Cons:

The view from our room wasn’t great but didn’t matter.
The courtyard only seemed to be used by smokers. It would be great to have access there & it to be non smoking.

Ein guter Ort um Sofia zu erkunden
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück mit frischem Obst und Tomaten und Gurken. Bulgarischer Joghurt und anderen köstlichen Sachen. Zimmer sehr geräumig mit schönem neuen Bad und Wasserkocher.

Очень неплохой отель. Много места. Хороший интернет. Доброжелательный персонал на кухне.

В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление, но работа одной сотрудницы на ресепшен полностью испортила ощущение от отдыха.
В день выезда мне позвонили в номер уже в 12:08, в довольно резкой форме напоминая о чекауте и буквально подгоняя меня. Когда я спустилась на ресепшен в 12:20, я не услышала ни благодарности за проживание, ни прощания, ни элементарной вежливости.
Сотрудница, которая работала в тот момент, была крайне недружелюбной, не клиентоориентированной и совершенно не умеющей общаться с гостями. Очень жаль, когда из-за одного человека падает общее впечатление об отеле, где в остальном все было хорошо.
