La ubicación ha sido fantástica, a dos cuadras del Parque Calderón y la Catedral. Ideal para visitar todo el centro histórico. El personal de servicio extremadamente amable y confiable. La habitación es espaciosa, la cama muy cómoda y en general una buena experiencia. Totalmente recomendado si vas en familia o con amigos.

Cons:

No existe una caja fuerte en la habitación para los artículos de valor, es algo personal pero sería genial que fuera implementado. Y con respecto al parqueo, tener cuidado porque los espacios son pequeños; aunque esto ya sale de las manos del hotel, puesto que es un edificio ajeno a ellos.

Die Lage und das Personal sind top, Preis-/Leistung stimmt, sonst mit ein paar Abstrichen.
Pros:

Die Lage ideal, mitten in der Altstadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und guten und preiswerten Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, gegen hinten sind sie sehr ruhig, gegen die Strasse (Mariscal Sucre) etwas weniger.

Cons:

Für 4 Sterne fehlen einige Sachen: Tresor, Haartrockner im Zimmer (kann aber an der Reception angefordert werden), Infos zum Wäscheservice (es gibt ihn, aber nur auf Nachfrage), Minibar oder Getränke und Snacks aus Automat. Arbeisplatz ohne Lampe… Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut, aber auch da läge mehr drin: Tomaten, Gurken, harte Eier, mehr Käse und Fleischsorten, frisches Brot…

Its a good place to stayed for a couple of nights, very friendly staff good location.
Pros:

Never use the breakfast area because I do not eat early

Cons:

A portable heater unit would be a plus, windows were not really seal. it was a little noisy. bathroom needs a soap dispenser not those little mini soaps.

Excelente ubicación (permite conocer Cuenca en todo sentido), limpio y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

Son instalaciones antiguas y sin mucho detalle ni lujos (que en realidad no son necesarios si no se va a pasar en el hotel).
