Très bien pour aller voir un spectacle au zénith

Lovely staff and property.
Pros:

Very quiet location with parking and close to lots of amenities. Racetrack near it nice surprise. Restaurant very good if you can get a table but best of all the hour long use of spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, shower all lovely and warm. Excellent to relax in .
Highly recommend.

Le sejour etait agréable en soit mais l'hotel ne mérite pas 5 étoiles et le prix est trop élevé.
Pros:

L'emplacement est top (a coté du Zenith et pas loin du centre ville)
La propreté est bien.
La pate a tartiner fait maison du petit dejeuner est incroyable

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner n'etait pas très fourni (pas d'oeufs brouillés, pas beaucoup de salé), pas beaucoup de choix.
L'hotel n'est pas tres bien adapté aux enfants.
Le spa pourrait etre inclus vu le prix de la chambre.
La chambre est très sombre, l'hotel pas tres moderne, wifi capricieux, l'odeur désagreable dans l'ascenceur et dans les couloirs.

Facilité d'accès et parking privé

Cons:

Cet hôtel devrait être classé en 3 étoiles et non pas 5.
La chambre est petite, sombre, avec une petite fenêtre. Les peintures sont à refaire.
La salle de bains est bien.
Le bar est triste avec vue sur les voitures qui passent (et il en passe !)
Heureusement nous étions venus pour le restaurant qui est remarquable !

The staff were extreme friendly, the hotel design was excellent with eyes for details and perfection. the restaurant is one of the best I've eaten. excellent chef with lovely dinner

La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer.
Nous avons réservé le spa privatif, l’eau chaude était difficile à avoir au niveau de la douche et nous avons réussi à avoir de l’eau qu’au bout de 15min. Des traces de moisissures sont dans le jacuzzi et il y’a des cheveux dedans. Nous avons réservé le spa pour 1h au jour de deux minutes du délais dépassé l’hôte frappe déjà à la porte pour que l’on sorte, aucuns gestes commerciales suites au désagrément causés. Problème avec la chasse d’eau qui coule sans jamais s’arrêter cela fait du bruit et est très dérangeant surtout en pleine nuit !
Cela ne vaux pas du tout le prix dû aux équipements dis fonctionnels !
