Staff were very unwelcoming, busy without anyone being there,

I was not happy as I thought breakfast was included but turns out I had to pay extra for our breakfast.

Convenient city centre location. Small rooms but very clean with comfortable beds. Attached Bar has good food and entertainment with plenty space. Observant and helpful security staff.
Noisy at night especially at weekends as there is entertainment in the bar. This is just a point of information and not a complaint...as it is well flagged when booking. Didn't affect me.
