Angenehmer Aufenthalt, super Küche und Personal in Seenähe
Pros:

Ein ehemaliges Luxushotel, das immer noch einen Charme hat. Grosses Plus ist die Küche, mit Küchenpersonal, dass offensichtlich ihr Handwerk versteht und für die Schweiz ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr lobenswert ist auch das Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Eigentlich alles gut. Die Einrichtung ist halt eben nicht mehr Luxus, aber irgendwie hat atmet alles noch ein wenig die Grand Hotel Zeit. Der einzige wirkliche Nachteil sind die Zimmer mit Seeblick - der See ist schön aber davor sind noch die Bahngleise, das ist das dann schon manchmal laut. Das nächste Mal, und wir kommen wieder, nehmen wir Zimmer nach hinten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Der Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Keine Anleitung.
Die Duschcreme hatte für uns einen komischen Geruch.
Das Nachtessen war Durchschnitt inklusive Service.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt beim Bahnhof, was besonders für die Anreise praktisch ist. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut eingerichtet und insgesamt komfortabel, auch wenn es nicht besonders gross war. Dafür war das Badezimmer mit Dusche angenehm geräumig. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert, und das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war gut, insbesondere die Auswahl an warmen Speisen konnte überzeugen.

Cons:

Wenn man direkt im Zentrum von Lugano sein möchte, ist die Lage nicht ganz ideal. Am Abend war es im Zimmer teilweise etwas laut, da sich im Garten ein Grotto befindet, in dem Gäste länger draussen sitzen – nicht störend laut, aber dennoch hörbar. Zudem war der restliche Teil des Frühstücks solide, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich.

Great location just behind the train station. Brilliant views of the lake from the room. Hotel in beautifully kept grounds. The restaurant of the hotel was also nice.

Chambre moderne et au calme côté parc. Magnifique petit-déjeuner. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner à travers le Tessin avec le Ticinese Ticket, ou pour se rendre en ville au bord du lac (avec le funiculaire ou a pieds)

Cons:

Pour le niveau de l'hôtel, il manque thé/café dans la chambre, et des verres. Et en salle de bain kleenex, vanity set, crème pour le corps seraient appréciables

Continental Parkhotel is a top notch stay!
Pros:

Continental Parkhotel was excellent! We stayed for three nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right by the train station, which was useful when taking day trips to nearby towns. It's also a short 10-15 minute walk in to the downtown. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast in the morning was one of our favorites with a breathtaking view of the mountains, and the happy hour in the hotel bar was a must each evening! Our room was also clean and perfect for a few nights of relaxation. The grounds were well-maintained, and I'd love to return during the summer to use the pool and check out the vineyards! The hotel staff were also very helpful and understanding when the nearby airport delivered my lost luggage to the hotel front desk. The staff took it in to their possession on my behalf and already had it waiting for me in my room when I returned.

Cons:

The hotel is up on a steep hill, and the walk to and from town can be difficult! The hotel was also a bit difficult to reach via car.

Das Frühstück war vielseitig. sehr gut .
Das Zimmer ist funktional , hell und mit vielen speziellen Lampen ausgestattet. Platz ist genügend vorhanden. sehr gut.
Ideale Lage für alle Aktivitäten.

Cons:

Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre Super . Es ist nur eine Idee , aber kein negativer Punkt.
