Charmantes Hotel nahe dem Bahnhof Lugano
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nahe am Bahnhof, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man spät in Lugano ankommt oder sehr früh losgehen muss. Ins Stadtzentrum kommt man gut zu Fuss oder man nimmt die Stadtseilbahn, um in das Herz der Stadt zu gelangen.
Ich persönlich habe den Zug von meinem Zimmer nicht gehört, jedoch dafür den Fernseher meines Zimmernachbars. Die Wände sind dünn, jedoch kein Problem, wenn sich die anderen Hotelbesucher entsprechend benehmen.
Das Hotelpersonal war toll! Sie waren alle sehr freundlich und immer bemüht die Hotelbesucher zu helfen. Zudem ist die Reception 24h besetzt, somit kann man bei Anliegen immer dorthin gehen.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Sauberkeit!!

Cons:

Die lauten Hotelbesucher! Eventuell müsste man an der Reception darauf hinweisen, dass die Wände nicht so dick sind und man in den Korridoren nicht stehen bleiben sollte, um zu quatschen.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect and very convenient. However, the breakfast was quite poor compared to other hotels I have experienced, and the room was very small and not comparable to the standard I am used to.

Cons:

What I did not like was that there were no facilities available, such as a gym, swimming pool (especially in winter), or any recreational options for free time. The service was also limited — after 10 p.m., it was not possible to order food or receive assistance. In addition, the hotel felt quite old-fashioned compared to more modern standards I am used to.

Super! ist sehr empfehlens wärt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer und dies Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und Sauber. Auch das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr Abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer in der Nacht sehr hell beleuchtet durch die Außenbeleuchtung der Gartenanlage.
