Pros:

Fas ein perfekter Aufenthalt , besonders toll war die Gästekarte mit der man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen kann, wie die Seilstadtbahn mit der man vom Bahnhof in die Stadtmitte runter fährt

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und die Zimmer vorne raus sind etwas laut, die Zimmer zum Park hin sind viel angenehmer von der Lautstärke her

Hotel che invita a ritornare a Lugano
Pros:

Staff molto gentile, struttura accogliente, ottima colazione, piscina e aperitivo fantastici Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro in 5 min con il treno a cremagliera (gratis per gli ospiti dell'hotel). Camera silenziosa vista giardino.

Pros:

Net hotel, pal bij het station wat erg makkelijk was voor mij gezien een voetblessure. De kamer was ruim en het bed lag heerlijk. Er was airco voorzien en we hadden zicht op het meer van Lugano. Ook was er een zwembad aanwezig. Het was erg proper en het ontbijt heel lekker én uitgebreid.

Cons:

Er mocht wat meer uitleg gegeven worden bij het inchecken. Zo hadden we een Ticino-ticket ontvangen bij het boeken, maar wisten we niet dat dit toegang gaf tot gratis openbaar vervoer in heel de regio (wij dachten dat dit enkel was voor het treintje naar de stad). Toen ik aan de receptie ging vragen of er in de buurt fietsen konden worden gehuurd, zei de bediende me dat ik dit moest opzoeken op internet en dan wel alles zou vinden. Op de kamer was er helaas geen waterkoker aanwezig voor een koffie of thee vroeg in de ochtend.

Wurst und Käse Auswahl beim Frühstück hätte mehr sein können, abgesehen davon war es sehr gut

Beautiful hotel , excellent location for the station and lovely staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent and easy to find .
Room was lovely and huge and immaculately clean. All the staff we met were friendly and very helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious! Breakfast was relaxing and plentiful .

Cons:

Only wish there was a tea/coffee making facilities in the room .

Le souper dans le grotto, le repas était très bon.
La proximité du funiculaire qui descend au lac

Cons:

La porte intermédiaire entre les chambres.
Ce n'était pas vraiment discret, on entendait tout ce qui se passait et se disait dans l'autre chambre.

Pros:

翌朝の電車移動に備えて駅近くの当ホテルを選択しました。ホテル自体の居心地もよく快適な滞在となりました。また真夏の滞在のためエアコンがあってよかったです。
