Unangenehm, nicht willkommen gefühlt- definitiv noch zu empfehlen

Völlig unfreundliches Personal. Schon bei der telefonischen Anfrage aus dem Auto während der Anreise sehr pampige und kurzangebundene Antworten zum Thema Check-in.

Cons:

Alles. Ich kann die Unterkunft Hotel schwarzer Bock definitiv nicht empfehlen. Habe etwas großartiges in der Nähe (4Sterne Hotel Sonne) entdeckt mit unglaublich freundlich, serviceorientierten Mitsrbeitern, warmherzig, offen, sympathisch. Alles sauber, akkurat, grosszügige Parkmöglichkeiten kostenlos direkt am Hotel, Fitness, super Frühstücksbüffet etc.

Zentrale Lage mit fränkischem Flair
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem und das Bad absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück beinhaltet alles was das Herz begehrt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und die Zahnputzbecher (aus Papier) waren klebrig und leicht verschmutzt (evtl. nicht neu). Nachdem nicht gereinigt wurde, sind auch keine Kaffeekapseln und Milch nachgelegt worden.

Für den kurzen Aufenthalt war die Lage im Zentrum ideal. Die Boutique-Ausstattung war geschmackvoll.

Cons:

Von der online Parkplatz-Reservierung über das Einchecken am Display vor dem Hotel bis zur Zimmertüre ist alles elektronisch zu erledigen; das ist zwar neuzeitlich, aber auch unpersönlich.

Die Zimmer die Einrichtung und auf das Frühstückszimmern mit der Auswahl sehr sehr gut und sehr freundlich

Tolles familienfreundliches Hotel
Pros:

Der tolle und herzliche Empfang sowie das außerordentlich leckere Frühstück.

Cons:

Es war vielleicht ein wenig hellhörig, was eben am Alter des Hauses liegt. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wer absolute Ruhe beim Schlafen braucht, sollte es nur wissen.

Mir hat eigentlich alles sehr gefallen. Angefangen bei der Zimmereinrichtung, der Lage und dem sehr ruhigen Zimmer, über das Frühstück und dem sehr freundlichen Personal.
