Nettes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Wir konnten frühzeitig einchecken, weil wir zur Beerdigung mussten

Cons:

Ausstattung/Bad müsste mal wieder etwas aufgehübscht werden

Excellent stay! Would visit again!
Pros:

Property seemed very well cared for with thought-out, good-looking furnishings and attention to detail. Very clean, very nice staff and quiet. The restaurant was good too. We brought a dog and there were a water bowl and a food bowl placed on a mat in the room when we arrived together with some dry dog kibble. A nice gesture!

Sehr schönes Hotel - unbedingt empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr schönes, gemütliches, ruhiges Zimmer zur Rückseite bekommen. Geräumiges Duschbad, Tiefgarage ist vorhanden und bezahlbar, ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht, sehr schöne Bar im Hotel vorhanden und es gibt ein Restaurant. Es gibt ein kleines Gym und eine Saune im Hotel, alles sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice war von 6 Übernachtungen nur ein Mal zum reinigen da. Das könnte schon jeden 2. Tag gemacht werden. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden

Zentral gelegenes Hotem mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und zu einem günstigen Preis.
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt: 5 Min zum Schloss in die eine Richtung, 5 Min in die Fußgängerzone in die andere Richtung. Der Bahnhof ist keine 10 Min entfernt, so dass ein Ausflug nach Hamburg unproblematisch ist.
Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und dennoch gemütlich, die Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) sind ausreichend groß und bieten alles an Komfort, was man zum Übernachten braucht. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem, die kostenlose Wasserflasche pro Nacht ein toller Zusatz und ebenso die namhaften Pflegeprodukte. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isolierend, so dass man bei geschlossenem Fenster prima schlafen kann.
Die Rezeption war zu jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat all unsere Fragen beantworten können. Die Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage sind ausreichend groß und für den Preis empfehlenswert.
Speisen und Getränke sowie Ambiente im Restaurant Söbentein nebenan sind uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, wir haben beide Abende dort gegessen und waren rundum zufrieden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, man hört leider den ein oder anderen im Nachbarzimmer.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit einem Rollstuhl da der leider nicht in den Fahrstuhl passt. Sofort wurde Hilfe angeboten. Leider nicht ganz barrierefrei. Frühstück ist für 17,50 € mit Kaffee und Kaffeespätzialitäten und einer riesigen Auswahl an allen möglichen Produkten völlig ok. Auch der Service abends in der Bar. Sehr nett

Konnte gegen Aufpreis auf ein großes modernes Comfort DZ umbuchen.
Tolles Boxspringbett, Terrasse, Kaffeekapseln und sehr ruhige Lage.
(Alle EZ zur Straße hin)-hat sich definitiv gelohnt.
Kurze Wege in die City.
