My experience with the hotel is good , staff is professional and polite . I would like to give my special compliments to Chef Ashok for making missi rotis for me.

Everything was perfect specifically service provided by Ms Priya Rai .

We had a really pleasant stay at the hotel and were especially impressed by the staff’s hospitality. Vinayak and Hrithik served us dinner wonderfully — even though it was quite late, they were attentive, polite, and made sure we were well taken care of. The food itself was delicious and thoroughly enjoyable.

A special mention to Sachin, who manages the staff exceptionally well. He truly went out of his way to help us by extending our checkout time, thoughtfully considering our flight schedule. That gesture made our experience stress-free and showed genuine care for guests.

Overall, great service, great food, and a team that makes you feel valued. Highly recommended!…..

Excellent Support staff, very cooperative people

As we entered, we found the beautiful ambience very striking. The staff was very courteous and prompt in serving. Mr. Failed, F&B manager and Mr. Deep Prasad , executive chef crafted exquisite sea food and kebab platter. Their fresh water melon juice and cream of broccoli soup are a must have.

Sunil who was responsible for most of the housekeeping of my room was absolutely amazing. He is the most polite, amenable young man and he always ensured that he provided the services I required. My room was always spotless. Thank you Sunil from the bottom of my heart!

Chef Nirmal creates superb and delicious food.Thanks for supper food

I had a wonderful experience staying at Lemon Tree Premiere in Navi Mumbai. I stayed for 2 weeks. Their rooms are spacious. Housekeeping staff kept the rooms very clean (Sunil). Got great service at restaurant (Priya, Kundan and others). Highly recommend this place. I would recommend visiting Stara plaza which is walking distance from the hotel.
Laundry service and breakfast/dinner buffet can be improved. Hotel is next to industrial area, APMC and Truck terminal could be an issue for some. No noise level issues. Overall its value for money.

I enjoyed the food from the restaurant. Priya was quiet, unobtrusive but always there to guide and assist. Her service was impeccable.

The location, ambience is perfect. Matches the Lemon Tree rep. Service quality is great - the team is most courteous and helpful. At the restaurant, Priya and team make you feel really taken care of. The reception team is most warm and welcoming. Overall had a great experience.

Room service in terms of cleaning and hygiene is very good. Ms.Madhuri is very sincere and dedicated in professional duty and courteous, which can be seen the work.

Also the restaurant staff is very nice. The dishes are truly authentic reflection of Indian tastes

Maintenance work was going on ... too much noise and was not informed about it.
Pool was not maintained and very dirty.
